Riad Nerja Hotel

The owner of this B&B is very bad. He only has one suite, but he sells it to multiple guests. We booked a suite, but he gave us a regular room. He always gives the suite to European and American guests. His attitude towards Chinese people is very bad.

The location is too remote. There are people who take the initiative to guide you on the way there. In the end, you have to pay 5 euros because the taxi cannot enter the location. However, in fact, you can go directly to the square through the back door of the hotel.

We had booked the suite for 3 nights with breakfast. When we arrived, the room we had was not that, and when we said so, they told us that we couldn't have the suite because 3 people had reserved it at the same time, but that "it didn't take that much money with a normal room either, so we shouldn't complain" From the beginning we felt somewhat "ripped off" by this. They told us that they didn't give us shampoo or shower gel, and we asked for a hair dryer and they left it alone for the last day, since contacting the place by email was practically impossible, and being Europeans we couldn't call the number phone, so they should not have read the message in which we asked for it. Getting there is a bit complicated but once you find it it is not very difficult to remember the way back. The breakfast was rich and quite good for our taste, and they were nice and friendly, although we did not like the treatment at first. We booked the taxi back to the airport with them on the last day and well, for €20 they picked us up at 5 in the morning and left us there in time to pass all the controls before the flight that left at 8.

Rijad nie zgodny z opisem bardzo zimno, na zgłaszanie że klimatyzacja nie grzeje właściciel udaje zdziwionego i dalej nic z tym nie robi brak ogrzewania woda letnia do mycia .Podczas pobytu sami musieliśmy sobie kupować papier toaletowy , łazienka brudna , pościel bardzo brudna , śniadanie 1 serek topiony trójkącik 2 łyżki dżemu , dwie łyżki miodu , trochę margaryny i tak codziennie masakra zdjęcia Rijadu nie realne pokazany jest dworzec który jest daleko .Nie jestem wymagający ,ale ze wszystkich moich podróży a było już ich ponad 30 to jest najgorszy Rijad jaki się mi przytrafił no i dodam że z tego zimna dostałem kataru który się przemienił w męczący kaszel i taki to był mój wymarzony urlop nigdy więcej Rijadu Ten Rijad jest na dodatek na zadupiu wszędzie daleko

Appena siamo arrivate è stato veramente scioccante e destabilizzante come si presente da fuori il riad. Una volta dentro,veniamo accolte da un signore, penso il proprietario, vedendo che eravamo italiane subito si è presentato il figlio dicendo che ha vissuto in Italia, dopo un po ritorna il signore dicendo che dovevamo pagate le tasse di soggiorno (320 dirham), poi ci dice che per quel giorno la nostra prenotazione non esisteva, e ci assicura che ci fa sistemare in un altro riad e l' indomani sarebbe venuto a riprenderci per soggiornare da lui. Veniamo fatte accompagnare da un bambino, che ci fa fate strade labirintose, e una volta a destinazione ci ha chiesto 40€ di mancia. Il ragazzo del nuovo riad ci ha detto che il nerja fa sempre così. Non siamo ritornare più lì. Evitate quel riad se non volete farvi truffare.
