Très bon séjour d’une semaine au ROTANA Palmeraie de Marrakech. Bonne literie Repas : tous les goûts peuvent être satisfaits car suffisamment de choix et plats bien cuisinés avec une mention très bien aux délicieux desserts. Petit déjeuner parfait avec des viennoiseries à tomber……( et un si gentil monsieur qui nous offrait du thé à la menthe chaque matin ) Cadre: reposant, dépaysant avec plein de palmiers et de végétation, jardin bien entretenu.l intérieur de l’hôtel est plaisant, décoré sans surcharge, d’aucuns l’ont trouvé vieillot vus les avis sur ce site mais ce n’est pas du tout notre avis . Chambre : spacieuse, propre, bien équipée , seule la salle de bain mériterait une réfection car mal isolée avec des volets en clairvoie qui donnent sur la chambre, choix désirant, je le suppose apporter de la lumière du jour mais ce n’est pas très efficace. Il serait préférable de mieux l’éclairer et de l’isoler correctement, sinon belle et grande douche. En parlant isolation, des rideaux occultants pour la chambre seraient un plus…..et des étagères et crochets dans la salle de bain aussi…. Personnel : TOUT le personnel est parfait , les employés à tous niveaux sont souriants, serviables sans être serviles. Les avis négatifs sur le personnel de la réception nous étonnent car nous les avons tous aussi trouvés charmants…. Une mention spéciale à notre adorable Lamia qui s’est occupée de notre chambre, elle est efficace, très agréable et professionnelle. Notre avis peut sembler dithyrambique mais c’est notre ressenti et nous avons fréquenté pas mal de beaux hôtels mondiaux ,leur cadre est très correct la plupart du temps mais l’amabilité du personnel assez fluctuante, une approche professionnelle mais pas toujours souriante.

My bestest ladies & I celebrated my bachelorette weekend here - IT IS THE BEST DECISION EVER. First of all, you go into the main hotel to be directed to your accommodation, then once you’re at the Golf Club Rotana, you will meet THE BEST gentleman named Brahim. This man will make sure you are 100% satisfied with everything from start to finish. He will check you in and will ensure you are happy with room & every little thing. He can provide a tour of the whole resort by buggy service & by foot plus he will explain everything to you - just ask. Just a note, this ‘riad’ like hotel is part of a resort but it is THE BEST PART. You are located away from every body in the main hotel. You have exclusive access to nearly everything. If peace & top level service is what you are looking then you are looking at the right place. There is no alcohol at this place or at pasta cosy, the only place which will have alcohol is the main hotel so be mindful if you like a drink or two. You can smoke nearly everywhere in this resort which is a plus for you vapers! We had an all inclusive long weekend stay, there were 6 of us during mid July 2024. We were in two different amazingly decorated rooms with terrace overlooking the golf course and centralised air conditioning. The rooms had everything you could need plus more - a safe, dental kit, shaving kit, cotton wool & buds, loofah, laundry bag, soft tissues, shampoo, conditioner, towels, bathrobe & slippers. The beds are so comfortable and the black out curtains really do their job! Cleaning service is impeccable! All the staff are very attentive & observant, they will give you space but also will give you everything you need before you even thought you needed it - obviously if they have it. We had dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant & the italian restaurant - food was delicious & top notch!!! The italian restaurant has an infinity pool leading into a field, in-front of it which you are welcome to swim around before the restaurant opens but there will not be anyone there apart from security so be cautious when you do decide to go for this which I recommend - as we ended up having a “private pool party”. Part of our package had a golf practice with a nice and understanding coach as we were at almost beginner level and wanting to experience golfing. My maid of honour & bridesmaids even got the hotel staff involved in my “BRIDE” bridal shower surprise - this literally had me emotional. This hotel & the people (Brahim, Tarik, Amine & the rest of the hotel staff) working here will always have a special place in my heart, core memories were definitely made. Brahim - I cannot even begin to say how much the ladies & I appreciate all your efforts and working your magic into making sure we had the best time during our very short weekend.
