Service impeccable et hôtel très propre.
Hôtel bien situé. Très proche de la gare ferroviaire. Pleins de restaurants et de cafés tout autour. Service impeccable. Personnel serviable et accueillant. Très bon service à notre arrivée. Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables. Les rideaux étaient occultants et donc chambre sombre la nuit et de bon matin. Rien ne manquait, serviettes et draps très propres, savons et gel douche, séchoir et télés, etc. Par contre, il n'y avait pas suffisamment de chaînes, surtout pour enfant. La vue de notre terasse donnait sur un bâtiment en construction, donc bruit présent. Hôtel joli dans l'ensemble et très spacieux, mais nécessitant une bonne touche de rénovation.

Ich habe ein Zimmer für meine Mutter in diesem Hotel reserviert, und wir waren mehr als zufrieden! Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und äußerst komfortabel. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das großzügige Buffet – die Auswahl war riesig und alles war frisch und lecker. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war angenehm, und das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Mutter hat sich rundum wohlgefühlt, und wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel dal 31 di dicembre al 3 gennaio,io la mia ragazza e mio fratello in carrozzina,prenotando una stanza singola per “disabili” e una doppia matrimoniale. Di queste stanza nessuna era conforme alle nostre richieste,quella di mio fratello era priva di maniglie vicino al water e la doccia con un gradino grande,stanza piccola e sporca,asciugamani cambiati con delle macchie rosse e finestra rotta che lasciava entrare aria di notte. Per quanto riguarda la camera doppia i letti erano separati e l’igiene all’interno era pessima. Lo staff è sempre molto cordiale ma l’igiene lascia il tempo che trova…lo chef mentre stava preparando l’omelette con un cucchiaio,quest’ultimo e caduto per terra,lui senza molte preoccupazioni l’ha preso e la rimesso nel piatto(da dire che nell’hotel girano gatti in continuazione,portatori di toxoplasmosi). L’hotel si spaccia per un 4 stelle ma io gliene darei una max 2 solo per la cordialità del personale. Un ultima cosa,per chi deve portare persone in carroZzina in questo hotel non portateli quì,le stanze non sono adatte e farete difficoltà,loro su booking hanno messo che hanno delle stanze attrezzate ma non è vero niente di tutto questo

Voyage Prive ci ha messo qui per il tour Marocco e nonostante le foto tremende non ci hanno cambiato hotel né camera, logoro sporco e triste. Per non parlare della cena 3 sere su 4 indecente. Eravamo già stati a Marrakesh ci sono hotel meravigliosi

This hotel is just a little tired. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was hot but the towels are all well worn. There is a refrigerator in the room which kept things below room temperature. The air conditioner definitely works. There are many small restaurants with a ver short walk. The main square, mosque, and bazaar are about 30 minutes walking distance.
