酒店非常漂亮 非常乾淨，超有摩洛哥傳統風格，尤其是坐在頂樓上喝薄荷茶看夕陽和整個摩洛哥老城區風景，真的很漂亮，服務也超級棒， 安排都很周到， 能感受的摩洛哥傳統庭院 ， 在老城區， 所以不好找，需要聯繫酒店安排接送，他們都非常熱情做好接送安排，值得體驗一次

If you want the full Moroccan experience here in Marrakesh Riad Kherredine is a great choice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a gorgeous suite and even had breakfast brought up to our private patio. The restaurant at the Riad has fantastic food as well. It was a wonderful stay. Pro tip: the Riad is located in the old town, most of which is not accessible by car. If you have your own vehicle, they will tell you where to meet them. Don’t try to enter the old town from the west, the best way is to go around (on main thoroughfares) and approach from the south.

Es un lugar con mucha cha magia y encanto. Si decoración es exquisita y auténtica, pero lo que más valoro es el tesoro de sus empleados. Te hacen sentir que estás invitado a su casa . La cordialidad y amabilidad no fue solo hacia los huéspedes sino también se notaba el buen trato entre ellos. Agradezo la especial atención de Abdul y Elena por nombrar algunos de ellos. Agregó una última referencia, tuve un inconveniente de salud y ellos mismos fueron a conseguirme a la farmacia mis medicamentos. Sin palabras lo que nos ayudaron

O Riad é lindo, a limpeza esmerada, todos os funcionários são espectaculares e tem como missão fazer com que nos sintamos em casa. O serviço é realmente espectacular. O spa e o restaurante ótimos. A atenção aos pormenores é inigualável. A cama e as almofadas muito confortáveis. Contratamos um guia no hotel e foi ótimo. Voltaremos.

This place is simply fantastic! The staff are friendly, accommodating and incredibly service minded. No ask is too big, they arranged both dinner reservations, an interesting guide tour and a fun cooking experience for us. They truly look after you. I have travelled a lot (both for business and leisure) and the customer service in this Rhiad is one of the best I have ever experienced. The Rhiad itself, is beautiful with many tucked away and lovely spaces for relaxation and having a drink and a bite to eat. The room we stayed in was spacious and nicely decorated. It was quite quiet when we visited with only a handful of other guests. It's located about a 10 min walk (through the maze of many small little streets) from the bustling old town. We would love to come back here, it was such a lovely experience.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and so well looked after. The people who work in this Riad make it a wonderful place to stay: Jana and Karim on reception and, Abdelilah, Ibrahim, Mehdi, Mohamed, Aisam, Salah, Hassan and others. Being guided to where we needed to start our day, delicious mint tea and water always available, magnificent breakfasts, a peaceful rooftop to relax. Quite simply perfect!

This was such an amazing place, such a tranquil oasis from the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Rooms were gorgeous and sun area too. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. The service was outstanding and they will book restaurants, private tours and even escort you if required. We had such a lovely time relaxing with friends. Will definitely return .

From start to end the service at this riad was faultless. Communications before arrival and planning excursions was made simple and effortless with the staff taking care of it all. Attention to detail was exceptional and quality of service from all staff at the Riad was impeccable. I could go on all day but needless to say I would recommend. Don’t hesitate to book!

The feeling at the Riad is one of tranquility! The staff was wonderful - attentive and so kind and warm. When my flight was delayed and I came in quite late - the team was accommodating and so welcoming! I cannot wait to go back for a longer stay some day!
