Riad Kheirredine

Our stay at this riad was a gift from our daughter. We stayed in one of the suits. From arrival to leaving our stay was out of this world. We were met at the airport and taken to the perimeter of the central area. We were then met by a member of staff who walked us through the alleyways to the riad. Drinks were waiting for us. We were met by a front of house lady who gave us so much detail it was unbelievable. We were given a full tour of the property and then taken to our room. This was stunning and large and beautiful. We had gowns and slippers, fresh fruit and biscuits. The mini bar was well stocked and constant supplies of water were given continuously. There were pools inside and out. All were exceptionally clean and in gorgeous surroundings. The waiter service around the bar areas was 100% excellent. The bar man on the roof constantly made us his own versions of cocktails and these were wonderful. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Large sombrero hats were provided. Dining was absolutely first class with plenty of choice and every meal we had was wonderful. All staff went above and beyond anything that you asked for and was dealt with expeditiously. Not one member of staff walked past us without speaking and there was a wonderful ambience in the riad. Each time we went out, we were escorted by a member of the team to the central area and whenever we returned from a trip we were again met by a member of staff who walked us back. We were given an iPhone for tracking and this was extremely helpful. We visited the spa where treatments were extremely relaxing and carried out in a professional manner. We had breakfast on the roof and also in the main restaurant. Again this was so good. I cannot express enough how excellent this trip was . I certainly felt like I was in the equivalent of a 5+ star property. The difference was because of the smaller size the service was tailored to each guest individually and this is not something that is now generally widespread. The staff knew our names and we were treated like royalty. They even nicknamed me the queen.! We were encouraged to return and this is certainly something that will be on our radar in the future. We enjoyed it so much that we are going to send our daughter on a surprise trip so that she can experience the wonderful gift she gave to us. A huge thank you to every member of staff working there you did a job above and beyond.

My wife and I just got back from a 4 night stay. This riad exceeded our expectations! We also booked a room for our newlywed daughter and son-in-law. The riad decorated their room with rose petals on the bed. The hotel is gorgeous in the traditional Moroccan style. It is immaculately clean. All of the staff were superbly attentive. Everyone spoke English. House keeping attended to the rooms twice daily with turn down service in the evening. The food was excellent. Being July it was very hot. The rooftop restaurant after sunset was the perfect place to have dinner and enjoy the sounds of the Medina in a relaxing breeze. The included breakfast is amazing. We took it in our room and at the indoor restaurant. The 3 crystal clear pools were inviting. We mostly spent our afternoons in the pool near the bar. The bartenders brought us drinks to the pool and never let our glasses empty. I fell in love with Moroccan tea and room service brought it to our room upon request at no additional charge. The included laundry service spoiled us. The spa was luxurious and the prices were half that of a spa in the United States. We had a couples hammam and couples massage 3 days in a row. We took two excursions while staying. Our balloon ride had a meeting point and a staff member happily walked us to the spot at 4:50am. We wanted a guide to show us the Medina and souk. The riad arranged everything and charged the tour to our room. We were so sad to have to leave.

I can't stress how much I love the staff at Riad Kheirredine. I was sad to leave because it was like leaving family. Everyone at the Riad made our stay so comfortable, enjoyable and easy. The Riad common areas and rooms are beautifully put together. As someone who has used airbnb for so many of my previous trips, it was so refreshing to find a hotel experience that felt like we were getting more than what we paid for. I will be recommending Kheirredine to anyone who tells me they're travelling to Marrakech.

Excellent Team and great place! Each room differently themed in a modern, but traditional way. Best food in the area with several options including international, local and Italian. Definitely an Italian owner with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The service was unparallel, room cleanliness exceeded expectations and the ability to do your laundry daily in such a hot climate is a vacation-changing amenity. Really a great experience, if you want something authentic, book here!

The whole team at Riad Kheirredine gave us a wonderful experience in Marrakech. From helping us figure out so much of the logistics (honestly all of our logistics), to getting us a little stool for our kiddo to reach the sink (they were super sweet in both letting us stay with them with our three year old and treating him and our family so well). Honestly the best place we’ve ever stayed from the design, to the room, to the above and beyond hospitality and advice. We will definitely be staying again when we are next in Marrakech.
