Pour une première dans une Riad, un peu surpris à l’arrivée mais l’accueil et la disponibilité de Imad et Mohamed font qu’on se sent rapidement à l’aise et comme chez soi. Il est juste de noter le manque d’indication de l’emplacement quand on vient la première fois mais cela est valable pour l’ensemble dès Riad à Marrakech.! Google Maps fort utile

C’était la 3eme fois que je venais au riad Zaouia44 et ça sera la dernière. TOUT a changé L’accueil est froid, le lieu mal entretenu, la végétation du patio ainsi que le Rooftop laissés à l’abandon et sales.Nous avions réservé avec mes amies 3 suites qui ne ressemblaient en rien à des suites : sombres, petites superficies, petites salles de bain, mauvais écoulement de l’eau et WC bouchés dès la 1ere utilisation. Chaque bouteille d’eau nous a été facturée 2€ pièce. Pour couronner le tout, le dernier soir, une de mes amies étant malade, nous avions demandé au Riad de nous préparer le repas. Pourtant prévenu à 14h il était trop tard pour passer commande. Nous nous sommes fait livrer un couscous par un autre Riad et Zaouia44 nous a facturé 5€ par personne pour la vaisselle mise à disposition… Sans parler du petit déjeuner moins bon que dans mes souvenirs, et il a fallu négocier pour se le faire servir sur le roof top alors que toutes les tables du patio au RDC étaient occupées. Quel dommage.. Vous aviez un bijou entre les mains

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad in Marrakech. Everything was perfect, especially the exceptional service provided by Mohamed, who made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was lovely and had a warm, family-like feel. The Hammam experience was fantastic, and the food was delicious as well. I highly recommend this Riad and look forward to returning. Thank you!

La struttura è un angolo di paradiso, curata e ordinata. Molto pulita. I ragazzi sono molto disponibili e attenti ad ogni esigenza. Abbiamo anche pranzato all'interno della struttura e mi sento di consigliarlo; le portate erano buonissime e abbondanti.

Très déçu de l'entretien des chambres qui ne correspondaient pas aux photos du site qui ne sont pas recentes. Les photos jointes le prouvent. Nous avons demandé a notre arrivée de changer de chambre due l'état pitoyable de la nôtre et cela n'a pas été possible. Cependant et malgré tout ,le personnel a été toujours serviable et très agréable!

Amazing stay - all members were very welcoming and informative. Will definitely visit again. It was in a good location and the staff members were happy to help at all hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who plans on visiting Marrakesh

Zaouia 44 is perfectly fine and relatively good value for the money. Our beds were clean and comfy. I do think the whole place would benefit from a spring clean and some general maintenance. Our shower head was hanging off the wall, and the air con unit made a horrid noise and didn't generate cold air which is less than ideal in August! This Riad is not in a central location, it takes about 15 minutes to the centre of the old city. Sadly compared to other places we stayed in Morocco I wouldn't rave about Zaouia 44.
