I really enjoyed my stay with my family at Riad Anyssa. Aziz and Anke, who are running this place are absolutely friendly and we had great laughters together. The interior is more on the modern side and the bedrooms are really cosy and clean. Everyday the staff is cleaning the rooms and is making the bed. Overall they are discreet and if you need or miss something, just ask. They will make it possible! Breakfast and food was delicious. We even had traditional Tajine and Tanjia(!). The area where the riad is placed is a nice district of the Medina of Marrakech. There you can experience the daily life of the Marrakech-residents. If you're not shy and talk to them or even hang out with them, you will feel like one of them after just a few days. Extra tip: Directly around the corner is "Cafe Clock". Worth a visit! Especially if they are hosting their regular music evenings. Until next time! ＜3

No puedo estar más descontenta con este Riad pero nada tiene que ver las fotos con la realidad. La habitación pequeña, sin ventilación, aire acondicionado que apagan por el día contando que sólo tenía unas cortinas finas blancas ahí entraba el sol a las 6 de la mañana y sino la luz del pasillo imposible dormir pues estaba la habitación a 65 grados cuando llegabas. El primer día no había jabón de manos ni siquiera una botella de agua como cortesía, que no es obligatorio, pero en todos los alojamientos de este viaje sí que había tenido. Dicen que te dan unas toallas para la piscina, no, la misma toalla para el baño que,para la piscina. En la piscina muy bonita eso si, no hay ninguna sombrillas solo un porsche. No dan llaves de la puerta principal nosotros estuvimos unos 20 minutos sobre las 23 horas en la calle hasta que se despertó para abrir... la ubicación muy mala muy lejos del centro riad es muy difícil de encontrar. Y sobretodo de la mala educación del Señor Aziz cuando me llamó la atención con muy malas maneras cuand manche sin querer una toalla con henna no sabía que la mancha no se iba una regañina como si yo tuviera 5 años y por ahí no señor Aziz yo se la pago pero siempre con educación, que tirar, que no valia para nada... Bien, bien no sabía que queria, si sólo dejarme la cara colorada, que se la pagara, en fin que subí sin decirle nada y muy muy molesta, menos mal que me iba al día siguiente Creo que por este motivo no nos imprimió las tarjetas de embarque que le pedimos el día anterior y él dijo que ningún problema... suerte que por precaución las imprimimos en la calle porque si nos llegamos a fiar del señor Aziz hubiéramos tenido un problema. Cómo es lógico jamás volvería a alojamarme aqui, ni se lo recomendaría a nadie. No sé si mi opinión le servirá a alguien pero fue mi experiencia. Gracias por leerme. Un saludo.

Un riad magnifique , typique et très class !! Très bien situé à 10-15 min à pied de la place, souk ect.. ou 5 min en taxi . C'est un endroit très calme au fond d'une impasse à proximité de tout . On tient à remercier le personnel ;Hanke et Aziz les gérants pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse hors normes mais aussi soumia et je ne me rapelle plus son prénom à la demoiselle.. ,ainsi qu'à Yassine leur chauffeur privé qui vous emmène aux différentes excursions proposées par le riad, une personne géniale à qui on s'attache beaucoup,qui fait tout pour que vous soyez satisfait, le meilleur dans son domaine !! Petite parenthèse pour Aziz et Yassine ( merci d'être des personnes exeptionelles humainement, merci pour tout ....) Allez y les yeux fermés On recommande à 300% 👍❤️ Sylvain et Elodie

Que dire.... Hank et Aziz les propriétaires sont justes exceptionnels. Si ils pouvaient aller décrocher la lune pour leur client, ils le feraient. Nous sommes dans un riad avec un accueil chaleureux, des services a la demande. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux pour notre anniversaire de Mariage. De plus pour cette occasion, nous avons eu le droit a une belle surprise de la part de toute l'équipe. Une très belle table dressée sur la terrasse dans un petit coin a la vue de personne qui donne sur le palais du Roi. La piscine a une taille idéale, les deux jeunes femmes, dont je ne me souviens plus du prénom, sont d'une gentillesse et politesse irréprochable. De plus, ce Riad est d'une propreté irréprochable et il est à 15 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa El Fnac. J'ai déjà communiqué l'adresse de ce Riad et je vais continuer. Je vous le recommande a 300%. Encore un grand merci pour avoir fait de notre anniversaire de mariage un moment magique Eric et Lucie

Muy bien!!, estuvimos muy Agustoa 15 min caminando del centro . Muy limpio buen desayuno, súper amables nos buscaron excursiones, nos imprimió el billete de vuelta y nos buscó taxi de vuelta, al aeropuerto, como salíamos temprano nos preparo el desayuno a las 6 de la mañana. La verdad encantada! Volveremos

Superbe riad,l'acceuil d'Aziz est à la hauteur de la légendaire hospitalité Marocaine. La cuisine de Nesrine un régal. Joli riad au fond du derb éclairé le soir, et tout à fait tranquille. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain très propre. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Un accueil chaleureux, Riad au coeur de la vieille ville , entièrement rénové , tout le confort , piscine sur le toit , salle de bain propre.Proprietaire bienveillant et très disponible pour vous faciliter le séjour . Excellent rapport qualité prix , pour la suite familiale.Bon petit déjeuner , copieux. Possibilité de prise en charge à l'aéroport pour 20 euros par un chauffeur de confiance .Je recommandé.
