The hotel is located across the road from the Marrakech train station. It has a great location with a bus stop downstairs. It takes about 15 minutes by car to the market and other attractions, and only 10 minutes by taxi to the airport. Because it was newly opened, the facilities are also new. Each room has a balcony, which makes it very comfortable to live in. The breakfast is also rich and cost-effective. It is one of the best hotels here.

It's very unsafe. Don't stay here. Someone will frequently come to open your door quietly, and you may not see anyone when you go out. The hotel has a relationship with the local police. If you ask the hotel for justice, your passport will be confiscated and you may face unlicensed police officers snatching your phone. The hotel has laundry service, but they may hide it from you and tell you that they have cooperation with other laundry houses. The price list they give you is the hotel's own. The clothes you pay to have washed may be dirtier than if you didn't wash them.

Fairly new and upmarket Modern Hotel, with a Great breakfast buffet.
It took a while to check in.
Room was very comfortable. There was tea, coffee, a kettle, a fridge, decent quality a hand wash and shower gel, black out curtains, spacious balcony, comfortable bed/pillows/duvet.
Had a few issues in the room, there was hair in the sink, shower and coffee area, the shower cubicle leaked and the balcony door did not lock.
It was quite noisy at night with heavy traffic - the train station is on the other side of the road.
The rooftop bar is spectacular and has the swimming pool next to it.
Staff were very professional at all times.
Overall a decent stay.

I stayed at this hotel for two days and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The reception staff, housekeeping, breakfast team, and bar staff – everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The level of service was truly outstanding. The breakfast was top-notch, with both variety and quality. What really stood out was that you could even get warm food served freshly, something I have not experienced at any other hotel. Everything felt personal and thoughtful. Special shoutout to Abdelrahman, Yousef, and the kitchen staff for their wonderful hospitality – you truly made my stay memorable. This is by far one of the best hotel experiences I have had, and I highly recommend it!

Formidable expérience dans cet hôtel : chambres spacieuses, propreté inégalable, piscine très sympa et petit déj copieux. Le personnel est aux petits soins (mention spéciale à Nourddine du petit déj), le manager très présent et de bons conseils pour qui veut visiter Marrakech. Une très belle adresse, pour un hôtel digne d'un 5 étoiles.

Such a lovely hotel with friendly attentive staff Breakfast was amazing and room was very nice Staff were helpful and although the Hotel does not serve alcohol they are connected to the stunning restaurant in the next road were alcohol is served and they have live music and singers and the food was very good. All the historic sites and the Medinas are a bus or taxi ride away which did not take more than 20 minutes and there are lots of places to eat and drink in the surrounding areas of the hotel We also visited the Spa and had an amazing relaxing massage and I would definitely recommend going to the roof top swimming pool and lounge are which also serves food and drinks I would recommend this lovely Hotel to anyone

It is a very good hotel & really worth the money we spent here. Their breakfast was excellent & they even packed for us when we went to Sahara . That was amazing & his service level is hard to come by . We would highly recommend this place. There was a lady called Maryem , she knew our preference by the second day & remembered to serve us without asking at the breakfast. We took their hotel transport to go to Sahara & the driver who took us was also very considerate. We loved our stay here
