The service was terrible! The reception stuff was really indifference, and didn’t tell us when to check in, and just ask us to wait almost 30 mins there! After check in, we found all the cups were used by someone and didn’t clean at all. The fridge is locked, you can’t image this is the 5 stars hotel. Even we can find the breadcrumbs floating in the swimming pool! Sometime you can’t even open your room door with their so big heavy key! 12 years old children will be regarded as an adult, but they can’t use their indoor swimming pool, which is just for over 16 years adults. the porter in the hall would introduce 100 Dirham taxi to you, but in fact, it just worth less then 50 Dirham. The breakfast and table tennis is good, you can enjoy that. Thanks!

Un lieu particulier, un palace de part ses extérieurs et son petit déjeuner. Le parc de 8 ha est tout simplement magique. La suite duplex ainsi que le Spa sont en dessous au niveau gamme. Le service est excellent. L’emplacement idéal. Une mention toute particulières aux fleurs fraîches présentes dans tout le palace: elles sont changées tous les jours: incroyable !

Went for a yoga retreat, which was organized with perfection, so much that I would like to keep that jewel to myself. The spa, yoga room are beautifully renovated. This palace has a soul. Service was extremely kind and so professional. I travel the world and have been in so many hotels. This palace tops them all ! Retraite de yoga organisée par le Palace absolument parfaite, avec un sens du détail peu égalé. Des installations sportives magnifiques. Un palace avec une âme et une équipe très impliquée. À tenter sans modération.

Wonderful welcome in this magnificent hotel. Comfort and refinement in the common areas and in the rooms. The swimming pools, in the middle of a beautiful garden planted with orange trees, are vast (one heated to 27 degrees, like that of the spa, by the way wonderful). The breakfast offers a wide range of choices, including a buffet of gluten-free pastries. Everything is delicious.

Fantastic 5* Stay
We’ve had the most wonderful short break at Es Saadi Palace, wishing we could stay for longer. Every part has been 5*: breakfast has every hot & cold option possible; delightful rooms & we appreciated an upgrade to a stunning suite with multiple indoor / outdoor places to relax. Though end January, great weather allowed relaxing in the sun by outdoor heated pool during the day & evenings using hotel’s spa, both welcome antidotes to the bustle of the souks which are a leisurely 25min stroll away.
But what makes a Hotel is the staff, at
Es Saadi Palace they are the friendliest and most helpful we could’ve wished for, every request, in every part of the hotel, was met with a warm & positive response.
No hesitation in giving 5* review with a hope to return.

3ème séjour et de mieux en mieux. Chambre avec vue sur la piscine superbe, literie superbe, personnel amiable et aux petits soins, petit déjeuner délicieux avec des produits de très très bonne qualité. Petits pains, fromages , pains, fruits frais, jus de fruits frais, confitures , yaourts , saumon , jambons, … c’est un vrai palace, et un petit paradis autour de la piscine. Personnel aimable charmant . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
