Sans doute le meilleur des établissements de luxe pour un séjour en famille à Marrakech ! Je recommande les ksars permettant de conjuguer l' intimité familiale, le calme et la tranquillité et tous les services du resort. Restauration haut de gamme tant marocaine qu'européenne dans les différents restaurants. Personnel très professionnel et attentionné, service rapide. La plus grande piscine des hôtels de Marrakech dont les formes inédites serpentent au long d'un parc qui n'a rien à envier au jardin de Majorelle.

Je ne compte plus les séjours ici où on est comme à la maison ( les soucis en moins). . Nous prenons à chaque fois une villa deux chambres, cette fois c’était la Maradja., petit coin de paradis … super petit déjeuner, de très bons restaurants, ( un plus pour le marocain )et toujours surtout un personnel à l’écoute . On revient très vite …..

The apar**ent was spacious and comfortable. Food was good and there were gluten free and diary free options in all the restaurants. We liked Moroccan restaurant and Achraf, who is very kind and friendly. The garden and the pool are great, although we didn’t have enough time to stay there. All the staff were very friendly.

We had a wonderful trip to Marrakech. In this Palace, the suite was magnificent, the view and above all the staff were very attentive to our listening and well-being. The meals service to the maximum and the cleanliness of all the staff of the rooms of the places The meals service breakfast, lunch served by professionals. A chef makes Mr. Nabil and to finish the jewels the swimming pools also run by a Mr. Karim and all of course.

NARROW pool service! Deckchairs reserved all day and no one goes… staff response: It’s reserved for the hotel’s direct friend if she wants to come! The joke !!! Never seen ! In addition, the pool staff, apart from the fact that they are moderately pleasant with customers, allows themselves to be AGGRESSIVE and violent with children, hotel to avoid with family! I think that in a hotel in a “sun” destination the pool service is essential and there it is absolutely unprofessional. Too bad the Ksars are family friendly but the pool servers and these blocked deckchairs ruin the whole experience that we would be entitled to hope for given the price of the night. In short, it’s a palace in name only.
