The room was small, the bed was very low and the mattress was questionable. Overall, it was very noisy and located in an unpleasant area. We had stayed in two much better riads before and would not book it again.

We had the most amazing time at Riad Beata. Abdul and Noura were great hosts. Abdul was helpful with information on what to avoid around Marrakech and the main square to prevent us being scammed. He also walked us to the square the first time to ensure we knew the way, which was very helpful for us. The Riad was beautiful inside. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
After day 1 we felt safe walking from the Riad to the square. The local children are helpful with directions if you get lost in the winding streets trying to find the Riad.
We asked Noura to cook for us one evening, this was our favourite meal from our time in Marrakech. She made us a beautiful starter, a vegetable tagine, and a little dessert. We ate it upstairs as the sun set. Thank you Noura for your wonderful cooking. The breakfasts are also great and we enjoyed having them each morning.
We highly recommend staying at Riad Beata. It was great value for money. If we come back to Marrakech we will be sure to stay here again. Thank you Abdul and Noura.

Le riad est mignon mais les chambres, en tout cas la nôtre, au rez de chaussée est petite et la salle d'eau très rudimentaire et petite. Le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours sauf sur demande, mais il faut le savoir.
L'accès se fait pas des ruelles ou les voitures ne peuvent pas accéder. Beaucoup de travaux autour mais pas de nuisances sonores.
L'accueil de notre hôte était par contre, très agréable

Home away from home
I recently stayed 4 weeks at Riad Beata in connection with a business trip to Marrakech - and after only a few days, I soon realised that this was truly a "home away from home".
Riad Beata is a small riad that is very well situated in the Sidi Mimoun area of Marrakech, which is a very cosy and secure part of the city. The interior of the riad is nice and eclectic - but the real gem is the two people working there.
The manager can literally fix everything you need. He is always in reach and you can call him night and day. Always smiling, laughing and ready for a conversation over a cup of coffee. Great service.
And the real big treat is the young woman, Noura. She is the epitome of helpfulness and service. She cooks what you want. She can do your laundry - and you get your clothes back clean, ironed and ready to wear. She is always laughing, in a good mood and super flexible. Everything is possible.
So five stars to Riad Beata for being able to provide the elusive homely feeling - I had a super stay.

Riad maravilloso, con una excelente ubicación, al lado del Palacio Real y muy cerca de los principales monumentos.Las habitaciones muy limpias y muy bonitas. El desayuno, simplemente es una delicia. Y el trato de Garmes espectacular!!! Todo son facilidades con él. Volveremos!!!

Awesome place great breakast take it on the terrace. We loved the staff attention and also attention to details overall they give an excellent tips on things to do and places to see. I loved our time there and woyld come back in no time HIGHLY HIGHLYrecommended
