Hôtel Eden lodges and spa Tres bel hôtel pour un 4 étoiles ! Petit hôtel charmant au calme dans la palmeraie composé de peu de chambres spacieuses, confortables, joliment décorées et propres. La piscine et les jacuzzis sont bien chauffés, bien entretenus et très agréables ainsi que la terrasse très bien aménagée. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux. Le personnel est dévoué, aux petits soins. Seul bémol situé à 20- 25 min du centre de Marrakech.

Très bel endroit où il fait bon vivre au calme, le personnel est d’une extrême gentillesse et serviabilité. Les Petit-déjeuners sont délicieux et très copieux. Les repas proposés et servis au restaurant de l’hôtel sont vraiment très bons. Je recommande cet hôtel Intimiste de tout cœur L’hôtel est entouré d’un jardin luxuriant qui fait de cet endroit un véritable havre de paix.

Amazing service and superb food!
Just lovely! The chef is a real talent so the Moroccan food was wonderful and it was all presented by Simmo with so much enthusiasm and kindness.
The recommendations for trips, restaurants and cultural experiences by the gentleman whose name I’ve shamefully forgotten were all spot on and really helped make the holiday.

Superbe! Un vrai oasis, au calme, à quelques minutes en taxi de la médina. Emplacement parfait pour départ en excursion. Hautement suggéré pour couples ou famille en recherche de repos et authenticité. Belle sélection de massages et soins. Très bon restaurant aussi!

Leuk opgezet hotel maar met redelijk veel verbeter punten. De bedjes die aan het zwembad liggen hebben hele vieze sloven die niet dagelijks worden vervangen.Je ligt als het ware op een sloof, ook al krijg je een handoek voor erover heen, waar de vorige dag iemand op heeft gelegen. De kamer/suite was leuk ingericht, maar zodra de zon gaat schijnen hadden wij last van een zeer sterke plastic geur die veroorzaakt wordt door het zeil waar het dak uit bestaat. Airco maakte ook veel geluid.Er was nauwelijks verlichting in de kamer. Personeel komt niet echte professioneel over. Een koffie training zou hier ook wel op zijn plaats zijn. Ik bestelde twee cappuccino en kreeg twee lauwe bakken melk met cacao. Toen ik het personeel vertelde dat dit geen cappuccino is werd ik raar aangekeken .Ik liet het hierbij, als Italiaanse Nederlander heb ik geen zin om een discussie aan te gaan over hoe een cappuccino eruit hoort te zien. Verder is de ligging van het hotel erg afgelegen, er is werkelijk niets in de buurt.

Day pass utilisé pour piscine et lunch sur le site daypass à 480$ dirhams rendu à 580$ dirhams une fois sur place,grandes discussions pour nous expliquer que le site daypass n’est pas à jour et que la personne responsable leur a envoyé un courriel en juillet mais nous finissons par payer donc ces frais…sans réservation ils ont quand même eu l’amabilité de nous recevoir.Décor très instagrammable mais propreté du site moyenne,daybeds un peu sale,et terrasse empoussiérée.Mais belle piscine et les spas non fonctionnels.Bouffe correcte sans plus pour 80$/personne trop cher pour les prestations offertes et service avec cours que c’est préférable de réserver blahblahbah.Je vous conseille le Barcelo Palmeraie au même prix pour des prestations haut de gamme.Bouffe d’un grand chef et deux immenses piscines.
