One of the staff is very attentive. The moment you open your room door, he already walked out from his station and ready to assist. The breakfast is simple yet nice.

We arrived late evening on a Sunday and Mufasa was extremely welcoming and attentive. He cooked for us as we weren’t sure if anywhere close would be serving food and the food was delicious. Our room was lovely, perfect for three guests. The riad itself was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also a great addition. All staff we interacted with where helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble, then even helped us find taxi pick up points, showing us the way through the medina. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The Riad is very rustic. The gentleman who greeted us was called Mustafa I believe, and he was the perfect host to us, very welcoming. Breakfast was very nice and on the night of arrival Mustafa made us a chicken tagine and gave us mint tea The Riad itself was extremely difficult to locate as it was through twists and turns of alleyways. We arrived at RAK Airport at 8pm at night, the taxi we got at the airport dropped us off and basically pointed down an alleyway and said it was only two minutes walk. It turned out to be in the complete wrong direction and after approximately almost 90 minutes later we were very distraught. We got help from a lovely young local man who walked us through the alleyways of Marrakesh to our Riad when we arrived. 🙁 we were understandably very tired and distressed.

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Mitarbeiter hat uns abgeholt und uns zum Riad geführt und uns auch zu unserer Abholstation geführt. Das Frühstück ist typisch marokkanisch, frisch zubereitet und lecker. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchen.

A perfect place with welcoming service and always happy to assist. We arrived late in the evening, and they cooked for us. Simply perfect. The young man, Mustapha, was truly friendly and generous. I highly recommend it to everyone. Exceptional.

Beau riad très propre dans une rue très calme d'un quartier authentique et bien animé ! Accueil chaleureux et personnel aux petits soins (merci Mustafa !) On a apprécié d'être en dehors des quartiers à touristes, mais malgré tout proche de l'entrée des souks, pas très loin de la place Jemah El Fna et du jardin Majorel par exemple !

Il soggiorno è stato bellissimo. Camere pulite e personale impeccabile, disponibile e cordiale. Sopratutto Mustafa che ha cercato di esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Menzione speciale per la terrazza che ti permette di trascorrere momenti di relax a qualsiasi orario del giorno.

Amazing hotel and excellent hospitality from Mustafa and the other members of staff. The hotel is down a small alley away from the main tourist parts, but it is easily accessible and within walking distance of everything. The rooms are spacious and clean and breakfast was lovely. Couldn’t ask for anything more really. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Marrakech.
