I wish I could have stayed a week! What a fantastic getaway. The staff is exceptional and the property is more than I could have imagined. There are not enough adjectives for the beauty and peace I felt while staying there. The spa and it's attendants are top notch and go out of their way to make sure you leave with a sense of rejuvenation and totally relaxed. The service was beyond great, the villa was spectacular! Management has done an excellent job in training staff, from the airport pick-up service, the arrival and check-in process, and the return service to the airport. It was the most seamless experience I have ever had in the 40 years of traveling the world. This was a true gem in my book of resorts, I cannot wait to return.

I never knew how much I needed a place like this until I experienced it. The atmosphere was charged with a vibrant energy that was instantly uplifting. From the lively common areas to the enthusiastic staff, everything pulsed with a positive vibe that was utterly contagious. I left feeling more alive than I had in years.

Absolutely stunning stay at Mandarin Oriental Marrakech! The service was impeccableand our assistant was very attentive , the grounds were breathtaking, and the spa was a true oasis. Perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. Highly recommend!

非常值得的酒店，唯一的缺點是在航道附近有點吵。 酒店的景色和設施都是一流，尤其是服務，每個服務人員都非常友善，除了自己的管家之外，每個staff都能記住我們是誰住在哪個villa，對我們租車的司機也很友好。 另外在生日當天不僅協助我策劃了一場很完美的生日晚餐，當天早餐的時候工作人員也送了祝福和小蛋糕，給唱了生日快樂歌。 另外那家中餐還不錯一定要晚上吃，這家酒店旁邊是自己的農場，很多蔬菜和家禽都是自己養殖的，羊腿排非常好吃！ 另外 spa也是極度推薦體驗的項目。

Mohamed F Je tenais à remercier tout le personnel confondu de part leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et le service au top un vrai luxe. Merci au serveur Ziad qui a été très attentionné et très patient envers mes enfants C’est un lieu très reposant et un cadre magnifique. Grand et petit y trouvent leur place( kids club Merci à nassima qui est génial et très patiente avec divers activés chaque jours) Un grand merci plus particulièrement à notre majordome (monsieur oussama) qui a fait en sorte que notre séjour se passe merveilleusement bien un grand plus dans cet hôtel.
