Location was excellent. Easy to find. Our shower was clogged and there was no hot water. I'm unsure how it has excellent reviews because I give this Riad a solid 5/10. They have a certificate for excellence but it was from 2015 so maybe it was excellent 10 years ago? Poor value for money. The manager? Was quite rude and became irritated when you asked him questions/voiced concerns asked to pay by credit. We have travelled throughout Morocco and I would say this was the most disappointing riad we have stayed in. There was also black mold and mildew throughout the shower. I would book a standard hotel or find a different riad def not worth the price of stay.

Posizione ottima, a pochi passi dai souq e dalla piazza Jema el fna, camere pulite e letto comodo, atmosfera incantevole con patio fresco e ben attrezzato. Colpisce il servizio perché il personale è molto accogliente sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta. Con il Riad abbiamo fatto escursioni che sono state top. Grazie a Rashid e al nostro autista Aziz.

Premetto che essendo la nostra prima volta a Marrakesh non abbiamo termini di confronto con altre strutture; lo abbiamo scelto per le recensioni trovate qui su Tripadvisor. Il riad è carino, con un bel giardino interno sul quale si affacciano le camere. C'è anche un bel terrazzo. La nostra camera non era molto grande; nel bagno la doccia senza tenda o altra protezione allagava il pavimento, il lavandino piccolissimo, comunque grazioso nel complesso. Nulla da dire sulla pulizia, colazione buona. Il personale poco empatico, servizio transfer decisamente sconsigliato! Si trova al fondo di un suk un po' nascosto, senza aiuto all'arrivo difficilmente lo avremmo trovato. Vicino al centro ma non poi così vicinissimo, per raggiungerlo si devono percorrere percorsi poco frequentati, alla sera non è un granchè, non lo consiglierei ad un gruppo di sole donne...

Wonderful stay
The Riad is clean and Rashid and his team were lovely and welcoming at all times.
They advertise soundproofing which I assume are the shutters but they are not effective. However a Ria is basically a funnel which amplifies sound - it didn’t affect us too much.

lovely hosts in a beautiful riad!
our host rashid was so helpful and his english is excellent! we’re so lucky to have his help with dinner, spa and excursion reservations. we had a great time at every place he recommended :) our flight was canceled and they were able to accommodate date us for an extra night. it really feels like home away from home!

Ci siamo stati 5 giorni, ottima accoglienza e cura dei dettagli, stanze comodissime e con tutti i servizi. Sembrava di stare in una favola! Ottima posizione, colazione ricca e buonissima e pulizia di ogni ambiente. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ci siamo trovati sempre a nostro agio. Se visitate Marrakech dovete alloggiare qui!
