Riad Zarka by la Siredrah

Tres beau séjour dans ce petit havre de paix au cœur de la médina. Nous avons tout adoré, le lieu, le calme, le petit déjeuner, la gentillesse des hôtes

Purtroppo il Riad non mi è piaciuto. Le camere standard sono tutte al piano terra e decisamente umide, non puoi neanche aprire la finestra perché l'affaccio è sul cortile. Vasca da bagno e lavandino scrostati, veramente mal messa, tappeto a terra sporco, sembra tutto poco pulito e curato.Colazione mediocre, unica nota positiva il succo di arancia fresco. La zona è bruttina e la via in cui si trova un po' decadente. Il personale è poco disponibile, abbiamo chiesto di fare un cambio camera anche pagando ma ci è stato risposto che non ce ne erano, su booking invece ne dava 2 disponibili a tipologia superiore

Comodo , tradicional , en el centro de la medina y lo mejor la atencion de los empleados Hindi y Husa 👍🏼😊100% recomendado,excelente desayuno y comidas en general ellos se esfuerzan por entender cualquier idioma y hacer que te sientas comodo

Mais où est le Zarka où nous étions si bien reçu....et les repas étaient si délicieux... Pas de bonjour,aucun égard ,un personnel inexistant.De plus dans la chambre pas de serviettes de toilette,ni de papier toilette.Nous avions demandé un repas (pas si mauvais) mais pas d'eau pétillante que nous souhaitions .Pour le vin prix exorbitant que nous devions réglé de suite.Le petit déjeuner copieux certes mais servi n'importe comment. Le pompon tentative d'arnaque lors du règlement. Riad non entretenu quel dommage.....

Like the rest of my family, I couldn't wait to return to Riad Zara, where I had already stayed 4 times. What a desappointment ! The Riad is now poorly maintained (rusty chair on the patio, tile on the ground in front of the room in a thousand pieces...). Poor welcome, no tea as is usually done... No bottle of water in the rooms (we had to buy them ourselves...). No toilet paper. At the meal we were offered a bottle of wine... And at the end of the meal we were asked to pay for it in cash (25 euros for a basic bottle) without it appearing on the final bill. Whether for the meal or the breakfast, we had to ask ourselves for the same spoon to help ourselves, sugar, water.... At the end, when the bill had been calculated together, the manager told us that it's not enough and counts the meal for us a second time, in an aggressive tone. Fortunately the owner was there and confirmed that we had paid what we had to pay... The Zara was a wonderful place a few steps from the Spice Square but nothing of its splendor remains. The last positive reviews date from 2020. It is with sadness that I will never recommend it again.
