If I could rate this hotel negative stars, I would.
Starting with neutral and positive points:
- Some of the staff were absolutely lovely. It's a shame I don't speak French or Arabic as most of them don't speak English, but we managed to make it work.
- The 'hotel' is located quite far out from the city which makes it expensive to get a taxi back when you've gone into the city. They do offer a taxi service which can take you into the city for 100 MAD per ride which is convenient but definitely adds up quickly. Can't speak on their services taking you back to the 'hotel'.
On to the negatives:
- As stated previously, the majority of the staff and guests didn't speak English. Of course, Morocco is a French-speaking country but, if we had known the 'hotel' was primarly geared towards French speakers, we likely would have chosen a different place as it made communication extremely difficult.
Avoid this place at all costs :)!

Ich habe kürzlich im Relais de Marrakech übernachtet und war leider sehr enttäuscht. Zwei Tage lang kein WLAN, was heutzutage in einem touristischen Hotel absolut unakzeptabel ist. Das Hotel liegt sehr abgelegen, was für Ruhesuchende eventuell angenehm sein mag, aber ohne entsprechende Dienstleistungen schnell zum Nachteil wird. Das Personal war unprofessionell – unfreundlicher Empfang, mangelnde Informationen und keinerlei Initiative, auf Probleme einzugehen. Die Anlage hätte Potenzial, aber Service und Management müssen sich deutlich verbessern. So kann ich das Hotel derzeit nicht weiterempfehlen.

Le meilleur camping du Maroc Il contient des tentes pour ceux qui ne pourraient pas dormir dans leur véhicule Il y a une piscine, une table de ping pong, des trampolines, des structures pour les petits, un parcours, des terrains de pétanques, un babyfoot, un monsieur qui vend ses créations en bois,... Il y a aussi des taxis qui mènent à Marrakech Mais malheureusement, on entend le minaret qui peut nous réveiller la nuit Sinon bon camping dans l'ensemble que je recommande

Un service très professionnel de bout en bout avec gentillesse. Hamed et hajiba en salle font des merveilles. Le tagine et le couscous sont à recommander ! Le top du top 👍 Je recommande à 100 pour cent ! Nous étions en vacances et tout c'est très bien passé ! Un grand merci a toute l'équipe.
