Ano passado fui com uma amiga para Marraqueche e nos hospedamos no Ria Wow. Foi uma experiência muito gratificante. O riad fica próximo à famosa praça e ao mercado, onde pode- se ir a pé. O quarto é confortável o banheiro lindo, evo café da manhã muito bom. O pessoal da recepção é muito atencioso e dominam o inglês e o francês. Eu até ensinei algumas expressões em português para o atendente. Recomendo este riad.

Meine Tochter und ich verbrachten eine Woche im Riaf Wow. Und wir würden hier immer wieder gerne wohnen. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und auch das Badezimmer. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Sehr günstiger Preis. Es war eine schöne Woche. Das Personal ist unauffällig und sehr hilfsbereit. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Koffer wurde am ersten Tag aufs Zimmer getragen und am letzten Tag wieder runtergebracht. Das hatten wir noch nie bei diesem Preis😊😍 Restaurant haben wir nicht benutzt da man vorbestellen muss. Wir sind spontan und daher für uns weniger geeignet

Das Zimmer war stilvoll eingerichtet aber hatte fast kein Tageslicht. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte nur wenige und ganze Früchte (bspw. Ananas). Hammam oder Spa Besuche unbedingt genug vorher reservieren. Am Abend bis ca. 23:00Uhr ist ziemlich laute Musik zu hören. Die Lage ist okey und nicht an einer stark befahrenen Strasse. Viele Sachen sind zu Fuss erreichbar, wenn man ein bisschen laufen mag.

Wonderful Riad in the middle of the centre and few minutes from Medina. Great hotel, spaciuos delicate rooms, nice SPA and great staff. Excellent ecperience!

Ubicacion buena, la atencion es bastante desprolija, el desayuno pobre y de mala calidad todo, pocas opciones y lo poco que ofrecen es malo, los cuartos son oscuros y de bastante mal gusto decorados, con mantas de raso e incluso cortinas pesadas, oscuras y en raso (feuchas de fealdad importante) y bastante berretones. Le hace mala prensa a la palabra Riad, que claramente don otra cosa. La terraza es bonita pero lamentablemente queda opacado por la mala atencion, el desayuno se toma en este espacio pero es tan pero tan malo que uno prefiere irse a otro lado a tomarlo a pesar de que este supuestamente incluido, pero es malo.

Desde la llegada al lugar nos atendió una encargada, muy soberbia por cierto, en todo momento haciéndose la que no nos entendía, no hizo el minimo esfuerzo por ayudarnos ni comorender nuestras necesidades, la habitación parece un sarcófago, oscura con muebles enormes que ocupan el espacio y brindan poca funcionalidad, las condiciones de higiene son alarmantes, salía polvo de las alfombras, esta mañana una mosca gigante en mi cafe "servido por ellos" que casi me la trago, al reclamar la respuesta fue, te lo cambio ????, ojala pueda leerlo gente que esta por venir a Marrakech, reserve en otro Riad

Riad Wow is very conveniently located but management needs to pay attention to cleanliness of the rooms. The towels don’t smell fresh at all which is a huge turnoff for me. Breakfast is very unappealing and stale with birds feasting on uncovered slices of bread. However, the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Incredible experience. Beautiful property, friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant was great, very reasonable and delicious. Everything was far above expectations and we have pretty high ones when it comes to hotels. Would definitely stay again
