It is completely inconsistent with the photos and descriptions. There is no large room of 20 square meters, only one room smaller than the nanny's room. There is no place for a 1.3 meter 🛏️. Everything circled in my picture is not provided! There were no tables, chairs, bathroom cabinets, and there was no air conditioning at nearly 0 degrees Celsius. It was impossible to sleep well even if I slept with my coat on all night. Moreover, the bed was also dirty, and I didn’t want to lie down at all. I had to make do with it because I got here so late. Don't come here, the name is copied from another internet celebrity B&B, but it's actually completely different. For three to four hundred a night, you can book a hotel with excellent service in Marrakech. You must not choose this one👎🏻

Very quaint Riad and after 2 days of no sleep and travel from Egypt I was pleasantly surprised to a very comfortable bed. Alae was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at home. I highly recommend Riad Dar Benbrahim. I will be back and be sure to book a room here again.

This is my favourite Riad in Morocco, and I have been here many times. You are guaranteed a warm welcome in a spotlessly clean, easy to find great location. Naima, made us the best breakfast we've ever had in Morocco. Nothing was too much trouble, all served with a winning smile. We keep coming back here and are made to feel like family.

Il Riad è comodissimo ai principali luoghi di interesse, pulito, la mia camera era piccola ma viaggiavo da sola quindi più che sufficiente con bagno e condizionatore. La camera veniva pulita ogni giorno. Neima e Mustafa gentilissimi e disponibili. Avendo l’aereo alle 6 sono partita da lì alle 3 e Mustafa mi ha accompagnata all’appuntamento con la navetta per non lasciarmi sola. Gentilissimo. La cucina è molto molto buona. Se ritorno a Marrakesh andrò sicuramente da queste sue persone gentilissime.

The staff at this riad are 100% friendly, the service is more then 5*, our stay here has been welcoming and beautifully warming. Lots of shops and shopping malls near this road, also there is the badiha palace near by only few minutes walk away. I highly recommend this riad for your stays. Aladin, naima, Mustafa were all professional and the treatment went received from them was 100% on point. You will not be upset with this riad, I promise you that. The upstairs balcony and everything is beautiful!

Very comfortable and excellent stay and it was in the best location and in particular thanks to the staff Mustafa, Naima and Alae for their friendliness and great customer service. They were extremely helpful in finding amenities in Marrakech.

False advertisement. Avoid at any cost. No swimming pool. No shared kitchen facility. No bathrobes/slippers. No fridge The pictures on the website were catfish. Old styled and very outdated. Manager was very rude to us and to the estate agent advisor.l who was trying to resolve the issue. They tried several times to get more money and offered very high rates. The rooms had no hairdryers, old fashioned and dirty. You had to ask several times for towels or for the bedsheets to be changed. There was no locked storage room to keep our luggage. We were told by manager to leave it in the reception. Breakfast was not accomendated or catered for us. We were only allowed breakfast on the terrace and bread butter n pancake was offered We told the staff and so called cook that we won't be here for breakfast as we have early morning excursions booked. They said we can't pre pack breakfast.

Naima et Mustapha sont très accueillants et disponible. Le Riad est très propre. Ma chambre, avec salle de bain privée et tout ce qu’il fait. Ma chambre était climatisée. Petit déjeuner copieux. J’ai passé un très agréable séjour ici. Je vous le conseille

Le point positif de cette maison marocaine (et non un riad), c'est l’emplacement et la distance avec tous les endroits intéressants de Marrakech (Place Jemaa el fna, Koutoubia, Palais Bahia et El Badii) Pour le reste déception ! Tout d’abord, ne surtout pas se fier aux photos ! 1. Ni piscine, ni hammam, ni spa 2. Chambres petites et certaines aveugles, bruyantes et dépourvus de suffisamment de place pour ranger ses affaires. Sols non nettoyés pendant le séjour, douches et toilettes propres mais anciennes et petites. Mais le déplorable et que nous avions réservé 4 nuits et un soir quand nous sommes rentrés, nous avions été changés de chambre sans nous demander notre accord, ni nous avertir au préalable et dans une chambre encore plus petite et donnant sur la pièce de l'entrée, donc nous permettant d'entendre tout le passage. Photos du roof-top non conformes, le mobilier a bien vieilli et devrait être rafraichi et nettoyé. 3. Les repas se prennent sur le roof-top, plus au rez-de-chaussée. 4. Petit déjeuner non conforme aux photos. Sont servis thé ou café, un jus d'orange, une crêpe ou une galette par personne, quelques tranches de pain, beurre, confiture, pas de salade de fruits, pas d’œufs à la coque. Si vous partez en excursion très tôt, prévoyez car le petit déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 8h 5. Pour le repas du soir (1/2 pension), toujours la même chose, salade marocaine, tajine et salade de fruits ou flan industriel (celui servi à la cantine dans les années 70/80) L'eau est payante, 15dh la bouteille. 6. Pour rentrer dans le Riad, il faut sonner à chaque fois, il n’y a pas d’accès autonome. Naïma et Mustafa sont très accueillants mais les photos et le descriptif sont mensongers. Je ne recommande ce « Riad » que pour sa situation.
