We loved this hotel, the Perfect Palace in Marrakech. It was my partners birthday, and Orthman, i believe a manager, arranged balloons as a suprise on arrival. The hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and fresh. The pool and loungers are fabulous. The hotel is a food base for tour pick-ups The taxi drivers from the hotel are reliable and chatty and feel safe. We highly recommend this gem in the desert we give this 5* boutique Romantic and not overcrowded, simply perfect. With great cocktails ❤️

Beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. Very friendly atmosphere and personal touch. When I told them it was my birthday they bought me out a cake and played music. We were late arriving as problem at airport but they were there to greet us and made us food.

Que dire une premiere fois dans un palais nous étions adepte aux hôtel … mais pour le coup on réside actuellement jusqu’au 23 mars dans la suite junior. Tout et carré et nickel de l’accueille au service tout et agréable même le personnel la piscine et propre et d’un calme fantastique vraiment pour le coup ce palais sera notre QG des notre prochain passage au Maroc . Un grand merci au personnel qui même sous cette chaleur reste poli et souriant ♥️

La personne qui vous accueille et souriante, et essaye de satisfaire vos désirs. Le personnel est dans l’ensemble sympathique, c’est réellement le point fort de l’établissement. Pour le reste, les chambres sont vieillissantes, cet endroit est un peu perdu et loin de tout mais ça je le savais. Juste pour les personnes qui voudraient y aller, Sachez qu’il vous faudra prendre un taxi pour vous rendre au centre de Marrakech 25’ de trajet. Les chambres sont clairement quelconque les peignoirs et les serviettes sont usées par le temps. Les petits déjeuners sont très moyen. Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs Riadh lors de notre séjour. Celui-ci est clairement le moins bien . Nous n’avons pas essayé de manger dans l’établissement. Au moment de la note, on nous facture une taxe de séjour à plus de quatre euros par personne et par nuit ce qui est clairement prohibitif alors que dans d’autres. Riadh nous étions à un peu plus de deux euros. À ce sujet pas d’explication. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Amazing place, staff so helpful and friendly. Nothing a bother to them. Hotel has private driver, who is fantastic. Had a lovely relaxing stay in this riad. Lovely spa area, although we didn't use it. Hotel tortoise was sweet. Hamza speaks numerous languages which is very helpful!

This is a lovely authentic style Riad, full of character with beautiful architecture and furnishings. The staff are warm and friendly and cannot do enough to help you and made our trip all the more enjoyable. The swimming pool is a lovely area to sunbathe although the pool is not heated so too cold at this time of year! The food is of a high standard and typically Moracaan, however the breakfast was a little disappointing as it was exactly the same each day. It could be improved by perhaps offering some fresh fruits along with the croissants, bread and pancakes. We initially booked a deluxe room which unfortunately didnt live up to expectations, but we upgraded to a suite which was absolutely beautiful. You will need to get taxis to visit the sights and other restaurants, but these are readily available and not too expensive. We had a wonderful few days at this lovely hotel and would highly recommend.

Buongiorno siamo venuti a conoscenza di questo bellissimo Riad da amici comuni, pertanto abbiamo organizzato una cena in 22 persone per una delle sere del ns soggiorno in Marocco. In men che non si dica hanno organizzato per tutti noi una piacevole cena facendoci assaporare i piatti locali e della tradizione. Ottimo il servivizio...veloci e molto gentili ed educati... Location veramente strepitosa grazie alla gentile ospitalità di tutto lo staf grazie Berica

Très bel établissement où l'accueil est chaleureux par un personnel au petit soin et un gérant qui fait tout pour que votre séjour soit mémorable. Nous avons notamment était surclassé et avons pu séjourner dans une chambre sublime, décorée avec goût, grande et confortable avec une belle terrasse et un beau patio. L'ensemble de l'établissement est magnifique, un vrai palais marocain où il fait bon se poser et boire un bon thé à la menthe. Le SPA et les massages sont un plus qu'il faut absolument tester. Vous vous régalerez également au restaurant de l'hôtel qui propose des plats typiques très bien préparés, nous nous sommes régalés. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés ! Nous avons rêvé pendant 4 jours au sein de ce Palais ! Encore merci à l'ensemble du personnel et au gérant pour leur bienveillance et leur professionnalisme ! Nous reviendrons !
