Amazing place, staff so helpful and friendly. Nothing a bother to them. Hotel has private driver, who is fantastic. Had a lovely relaxing stay in this riad. Lovely spa area, although we didn't use it. Hotel tortoise was sweet. Hamza speaks numerous languages which is very helpful!

This is a lovely authentic style Riad, full of character with beautiful architecture and furnishings. The staff are warm and friendly and cannot do enough to help you and made our trip all the more enjoyable. The swimming pool is a lovely area to sunbathe although the pool is not heated so too cold at this time of year! The food is of a high standard and typically Moracaan, however the breakfast was a little disappointing as it was exactly the same each day. It could be improved by perhaps offering some fresh fruits along with the croissants, bread and pancakes. We initially booked a deluxe room which unfortunately didnt live up to expectations, but we upgraded to a suite which was absolutely beautiful. You will need to get taxis to visit the sights and other restaurants, but these are readily available and not too expensive. We had a wonderful few days at this lovely hotel and would highly recommend.

Buongiorno siamo venuti a conoscenza di questo bellissimo Riad da amici comuni, pertanto abbiamo organizzato una cena in 22 persone per una delle sere del ns soggiorno in Marocco. In men che non si dica hanno organizzato per tutti noi una piacevole cena facendoci assaporare i piatti locali e della tradizione. Ottimo il servivizio...veloci e molto gentili ed educati... Très bel établissement où l'accueil est chaleureux par un personnel au petit soin et un gérant qui fait tout pour que votre séjour soit mémorable. Nous avons notamment était surclassé et avons pu séjourner dans une chambre sublime, décorée avec goût, grande et confortable avec une belle terrasse et un beau patio. L'ensemble de l'établissement est magnifique, un vrai palais marocain où il fait bon se poser et boire un bon thé à la menthe. Le SPA et les massages sont un plus qu'il faut absolument tester. Vous vous régalerez également au restaurant de l'hôtel qui propose des plats typiques très bien préparés, nous nous sommes régalés. Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés ! Nous avons rêvé pendant 4 jours au sein de ce Palais ! Encore merci à l'ensemble du personnel et au gérant pour leur bienveillance et leur professionnalisme ! Nous reviendrons !

Tout était parfait durant tout le séjour. Un accueil plus que chaleureux, la chambre magnifique et très confortable et une nourriture excellente! Tout le personnel était d'une gentillesse et aux petits soins. Je suis partie avec la gorge nouée comme si je quittais une famille. Le Riad est magnifique ainsi que la piscine. Si vous recherchez de la tranquilité alors l'endroit est parfait pour vous. Vous êtes réveillés par le chant des oiseaux. Je recommande vivement ce Riad. Cela a été une expérience inoubliable pour nous.

Toute l’équipe, que ce soit Mme Bitar, la propriétaire, Mr Othman, Mr Amanza, sont des personnes d’une gentillesse incroyable et soucieuses que votre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Mr Saïd qui vous sert le petit déjeuner et , Mr Aziz qui nous propose le dîner sont également d’une bienveillance incroyable. Mr Aziz vous propose un menu, et si ça ne vous convient pas, fera en sorte de vous faire plaisir avec d’autres suggestions. Nous nous sentons comme chez nous, dans un cadre paisible, loin du brouhaha des souks. Je vous conseille ce Palais, vous y trouverez votre bonheur.

We were immediately blown away by the beauty of this Riad. Everywhere was immaculately clean and no matter where I looked there was a piece of furniture, vase or ornament I wanted to bring home with me. The staff in this Riad are amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble. Ottman was always on hand with any queries we had and helped us to book trips and taxis. Said was there every morning with a smile while we had breakfast and even took the time to teach me a little bit of Arabic. We had a cookery lesson with the chef while we were there and Aziz helped to translate. We had the most amazing time from start to finish and this place was perfect for relaxing when not out and about. I cannot recommend this Riad highly enough, I will definitely be back to Marrakesh and this Riad will be the first place I would look to stay in.
