Magnificent, relaxing and truly exceptional place. Heated swimming pool, very pleasant staff who make you want to come back. The. Food is really excellent. We have been there and returned several times. And we will return.

Accustomed to 5-star hotels and palaces all around the world, we were captivated by the beauty of the place, our suite with direct access to the swimming pool and a magnificent bathroom, we really loved our stay at the Palais Ronsard. The staff always smiling, we also see that the staff is respected and that they are happy to work in this hotel, which is not necessarily the case with the big hotels in Marrakech. The kindness of Anthony at breakfasts and Karima the director, as well as the smiles of the whole team will remain in our memories We will come back and talk about this place at home in Cannes See you soon, change nothing 😉, or just add something “the hair comb” in bathroom accessories 😂😂

We had the chance to stay in the sumptuous Palais Ronsard just after Easter 2024. Following a fantastic road trip in the fabulous country of Morocco, we needed some peace and quiet as much as possible. to say is that, this establishment is the ideal place to rest and recharge your batteries. Absolutely calm, without being too far from the tumultuous center of Marrakech, everything is serenity, elegance and beauty. We were lucky, here too, to have a magnificent, very spacious room. The furniture and all the decoration, including the bathroom and the lounge areas, are very tasteful and very refined. When it comes to food, we enjoyed ourselves at breakfast and at the restaurant at lunchtime. We were happy to be able to congratulate the Chef in person and to have been able to greet the owners of this intimate, luxurious place with staff (special mention to reception, reception and concierge) who are always there to take care of you and who will bend over backwards to satisfy all your requests. We only want one thing: to go back there very quickly!

On the positive side: the Palais Ronsard is a very beautiful house in a green oasis in an off-center corner of the palm grove. It benefits from a very large garden, a beautiful swimming pool, and majestic rooms. Unfortunately, the rowing does not equal the plumage... Quite quickly, we realize that there are huge flaws in the quality of service, an essential point in this type of establishment. 1) First of all there is the spa: it would be more accurate to talk about massage services because it is impossible to access the hammam and the bath without booking a trea**ent. When you book a trea**ent, be prepared for a total lack of privacy with a practitioner who leaves the door open and blows her nose and sneezes throughout your massage. 2) Then the room: it is impossible for you to contact the reception or room service by telephone: you will therefore have to leave the room and go ask for your drink directly at the bar, then wait at least 45 minutes before she be brought to the room. Very beautiful fireplaces adorn most of the rooms. You will be invited to make a fireplace in the evening. At first glance, it may seem tempting and romantic. In practice, this meant for us a completely smoke-filled room due to a chimney that had been poorly cleaned and an emergency room change at 1 a.m. because we were going to risk poisoning. 3) Finally, there are commercial practices: relocating you urgently because of a poorly cleaned chimney will be considered by the hotel staff as a huge gift, for which they should be thanked. Furthermore, we had booked our stay through an agency. Halfway through our stay, we received an email from this agency telling us that we had received an upgrade, which was not the case. Faced with their contradictions, the people at reception were forced to backtrack and indicate to the agency that we had not been upgraded. This detail, which may seem anecdotal, illustrates the more than dubious commercial practices of this establishment which seeks, at the expense of its customers, to ingratiate itself with its partners. Another inconvenience: the hotel charges for deckchair rental services at the edge of its swimming pool during the day for outside people; the latter will be allocated the best deckchairs by the pool and will be able to splash around loudly in the water to the detriment of the customers who pay for their room, many of whom on this occasion expressed their disappoin**ent. Finally, it was with a feeling of immense disappoin**ent and a royal 10% discount on one of the two dinners spent in the hotel restaurant as compensation, that we left the Palais Ronsard, which would have everything to being one of the most beautiful hotels in Marrakech but which is blessed with one of the worst services we have experienced in a
