Plusieurs séjours dans ce paradis du luxe et de l’excellence orchestré par une direction et un personnel d’un grand professionnalisme, attentionné, discret, toujours souriant, répondant à nos moindres désirs. De multiples mentions spéciales sont à décerner à Karima, Anthony, Bessma, Samira, Yassin, ainsi qu’à Alex le chef dont la cuisine nous offre toujours de belles découvertes.

Tellement décevant !!! L’endroit est beau, les chambres aussi mais pour le reste rien n’est à la hauteur. Le personnel est a peine aimable et peu efficace. Les managers sont obséquieux et hautains. Le prix des repas et des boissons non alcoolisées est exorbitant. Et enfin au moment du paiement les taux de change pratiqués sont à la limite de …… Dommage !!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel with superb staff. This is truly a 5 star experience. Karima, the General Manager, has everything running to perfection. The rooms are gorgeous (we had room 14 with a huge balcony looking over the desert and the High Atlas Mountains in the distance), the pool is stunning and restaurants are beautiful with excellent food and service. The one and only complaint I could make is, the cocktails were very expensive and not very strong. Also, a special shout out to Yassine and “Le Taureau” for looking after us from start to finish.

L'accueil chaleureux et l'équipe aux petits soins dès votre arrivée, la piscine est très bien située, les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses, les repas du petit-déjeuner au dîner sont très bons et servis avec des produits frais....nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel,

Der Palais liegt außerhalb der Stadt Marrakesch in der Palmerie und besticht durch sein vieles Grün im Garten und dem großen Pool. Das Personal ist superber. Wir haben hier einen wundervollen Nachmittag verbracht. Ein paradiesischer Ort, das einzige, das fehlt, ist Schatten über dem Pool. Etwa ein Segeltuch oder aufgespannte Schirme.

Easily the best hotel we have stayed at and we have stayed in hotels in Dubai, Maldives and all over Europe. From the minute we checked in, we knew we had found somewhere we would love and want to come back to. We were checked in by the lovely Oumaima, we checked in around 9pm and we were tired and so we had dinner at the hotel. Another Oumaima served us. Both ladies were amazing and so welcoming. The food is high quality, very posh and a wonderful experience… The staff at the hotel are amazing. Any request you have, they will make sure to fulfil it. I forgot my adapter for my GHD products at home and Saleem made sure housekeeping found some for me. He even offered to send me a technician to fix the problem in case he wasn’t successful in finding one for me but after I told him it’s not a fault he made sure to find the adapter for me. The hotel is beautiful and perfect for couples, girls holiday or mother/daughter holidays. Perfect to unwind, perfect to relax and I am so impressed. I would like to come back with my daughters so they can live their princess dreams and we will stay at Palais Ronsard. It doesn’t feel like you’re in marrackech. It’s like being in france but with halal food. I miss the place and the staff so much! I wish we extended our stay… thank you for hosting us and giving us the best time. We will make sure to come back!

Tout est parfait et fait pour la sérénité et le confort des hôtes ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une prévenance incroyable. Spéciale dédicace à Yassine! Sans compter la réussite de la décoration, la multitude d’espaces mis à disposition. Tout cela a concouru à ce que nous passions un séjour incroyable et inoubliable. On revient dès que possible !
