What a stunning hotel! The rooms were incredible, offering an authentic Moroccan palace experience. The location, a 20-minute drive from the central hub of Marrakesh, was incredibly peaceful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and the poolside restaurant offered a great selection of food options.
However, our experience was slightly dampened by the dinner offerings. The hotel has only one restaurant, which is closed on Fridays and Saturdays, along with room service. During this time, the hotel was trialling a summer garden restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was of an inferior quality and disappointing. We weren’t alone in our dissatisfaction; several other guests shared similar concerns, and the hotel acknowledged that it was unsuccessful. Despite this, we were still charged full price for the meal. Room service is also closed Friday and Saturday night to force you to eat at the garden restaurant. Maybe the hotel could plan evening events or use the outdoor area for early evening welcome drinks. However, I recommend going to town on Fridays and Saturdays for dining.
That being said, despite this setback, we still look forward to returning.

Nous avons vécu une très belle expérience, un pavillon avec une piscine privative et un environnement magnifique. Tout était parfait de A à Z, le restaurant, le personnel, la suite etc... Bref un moment magique ou nous retournerons dès que possible.

Je suis alle au SPA. L equipe et en particulier Youusra sont Super aimable et efficaces! Je recommande vivement. L endroit est aussi magnifique J ai aussi pris un day pass au fitness l experience rtait toit aussi positive pour les memes raison!

Sommes venues en voisines prendre un apéritif ce soir À notre grande surprise il n’est pas possible de s’installer dehors Nous étions donc seules dans ce salon très sombre La propriétaire est passée à un mètre de nous sans salutations ni même un regard Un bon point à l’amabilité du personnel

Je ne sais pas si je doit dire que du bien Je ne vais pas dire du mal car c etait bien peut etre J attendais mieux. Une chambre plus grande et plus confortable me serait aller mieux le restaurant buffet ne m intéresserait pas Mais c etait pour le ftour ma t on dit À part ça personnel au petits soins et excellent déjeuner Je recommande !!

La qualité du ftour n’est plus aussi bien que les années précédentes. Le personnel reste très professionnel et agréable. Le cadre reste également nous plaît beaucoup. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci beaucoup pour la qualité de l’accueil
