Palais Namaskar offers a good leisure area and spacious, comfortable rooms. However, the hotel’s location, approximately 30 minutes by car from tourist attractions. The restaurant waitstaff is polite but falls short of the expected courtesy standards for a 5-star hotel. What disappointed me the most was the trea**ent of two macaw birds at the hotel. They are confined in a very small cage with dirty water to drink and inappropriate food. Witnessing this cruelty saddened me. I hope that Palais Namaskar takes measures to ensure the well-being of these animals.

The palace is very beautiful, the a**osphere very pleasant, however the price for lunch and the swimming pool, 230€ for two, is very expensive. Lunch is good but not worth the price at all.

Sunday brunch with friends.. big disappoin**ent.. very expensive for a more than limited choice of dishes.. barely cooked meat and in limited quantity.. very beautiful setting but no more exceptional than another establishment of the same type in Marrakech.. It was recommended to me but I wouldn't recommend it in turn... there are plenty of other beautiful places in Marrakech... otherwise top notch service. Extremely kind.. only positive point..

Don't get fooled by the propaganda.... The worst service vs management staff, too bad the beautiful scenery and architecture not compatible with the service....... Don't recommend to anyone specially adding problems with pool, tech prob and contaminated food in the restaurant
