Avec la chaleur qui s’impose il faut penser à l’uniforme du staff ( chemise manche langue et cravate c’est très dur )

Palais Namaskar offers a good leisure area and spacious, comfortable rooms. However, the hotel’s location, approximately 30 minutes by car from tourist attractions. The restaurant waitstaff is polite but falls short of the expected courtesy standards for a 5-star hotel. What disappointed me the most was the treatment of two macaw birds at the hotel. They are confined in a very small cage with dirty water to drink and inappropriate food. Witnessing this cruelty saddened me. I hope that Palais Namaskar takes measures to ensure the well-being of these animals.

Le palais est très beau, l’ambiance très agréable, toutefois le tarif pour déjeuner et la piscine soit 230€ pour deux est très cher. Le déjeuner est bien mais ne vaut pas du tout son prix.

Brunch du dimanche entres amis.. grosse déception.. tres chers pour un choix de plats plus que limité.. viande limite cuite et en quantité limite..cadre tres beau mais pas plus exceptionnel qu un autre établissement du meme type à Marrakech..on me l avait conseillé mais je le conseillerais pas a mon tour.. il y a pleins d autres beaux endroits à Marrakech..sinon service au top. D une gentillesse extrême.. seul’point positif..

Don't get fooled by the propaganda.... The worst service vs management staff, too bad the beautiful scenery and architecture not compatible with the service....... Don't recommend to anyone specially adding problems with pool, tech prob and contaminated food in the restaurant
