On arrival everything seemed so nice we was greeted with welcoming arms by the guy (Receptionist) who seen to us very kind and had a laugh with us until he tried to scam us with the travel expenses and we paid 400dh for tourist tax. The receptionist as well want us to come home early he gave us curfew 12:00am coz he doesn't want to disturb the other guest. The door of out room is to loud to open u can disturb the other guest just to open your bedroom door. The room is not sound proof like if go for shower they can hear u a simple folding of your clothes or sorting your things the other room will complain about the noise. However the place is clean the cleaner the lady was so polite and respectful to us. We didn't experience the breakfast as we had to many activities planned for 4 days we didn't have breakfast at the hotel breakfast started at 8 and finished at 10 only 2 hours to be ready for breakfast also we didnt feel comfortable as there was only one table for the people staying there for breakfast when we did go down for breakfast the table was already full so we had no choice but to spend money outside for our food.

The staff who helped us were very kind and helped us with various things, such as adjusting the breakfast time to suit our flight time.

Terribile!! In sintesi mai più!!

I woudn't recommended it not even to my worst enemy! the pictures from the website have nothing to do with the reality! 1* star and that's with a "maybe" because the guy was friendly and borrowed us a charger. That being said, he also tried to charge us £100 extra for a "superior" room when we refused to take the first one - with mould, cracks and worse! next to the dinning room - very very noisy. Don't make the mistake to take that room, you'll never be able to sleep from the constant noise because you are basically sleeping in the dining room! The WiFi doesn't work and there is no proper signal on the rooms either, not even on data. Apart from that: it's dirty, dirty, humid and badly maintained : the taps were broken, the bathrooms clogged, no cover on the duvet! (see pictures for details). The breakfast was terrible, too - very questionable food, probably the lowest quality available and not much variety.

This place is excellent value for money in the back streets of Kasbah. Quiet space, lovely, helpful staff. Very homely vibe. The accommodation is basic, a bed, a wardrobe and shower and toilet. We stayed on the top floor and we had it to ourselves, we also had breakfast up there a couple of times. Our room was clean and comfortable and cool. The breakfast is a basic Moroccan breakfast with local bread, pancakes, pastries, boiled eggs and local honey and other sources. This place is very quiet so if your looking for lively this isn’t for you. If you want a quiet base camp with no frills on a budget you can’t fault it. It’s right in the action aswell if you are looking for a real marrakech vibe there’s a local market every day you have to pass through and that in itself is a experience but I don’t think it would be for everybody. I have enjoyed my stay

So welcoming we arrived around 20.30 was given a welcoming drink which was very nice. The staff then made us a lovey meal even though it was late for dinner to be served. Whilst we were eating the lovely man went and bought me and my husband birthday cake as it was my birthday and my husband’s a couple of days before. It’s a lovely clean place to stay nice and quiet but only minutes from the square .

We stayed at Riad Karim for 5 nights. It is very well located, in a typical but quiet area, neither too close nor too far from activities. The rooms are impeccable (bedding, air conditioning, storage ...) The best part of this Riad is in the person of Rachid ... he will save you from all situations, tell you where to go or not, what excursions to do why, where, when, how ... He will reassure you about everything ... and will be able to cook you the best tagines that can exist on earth! A truly beautiful person, as rare as she is precious, a heart of gold ... Thank you for everything Rachid. Garllone and Jérôme
