plus : the location near the medina and main street, there is money changer with good rate at the hotel loby. What I like most is the breakfast is a buffet moroccan breakfast cost 49 MAD/ 5 Euro only which is good.
Minus : please educate the old man staff about how to treat customer. This is hospitality industry. at least please try to smile to customer. I check in at the middle of night and almost can not check in because they said that I have to pay the room and can not found my online booking, meanwhile I have booked and paid online. This misunderstanding a bit frustating when I just arrive and neer to check in soon and take a rest after long flight to marrakesh.

Terrible experience. I arrived at the hotel late at night, tired, and the guy at the reception simply said that the hotel was full and that my reservation had not been confirmed. And even though I showed him the confirmation paper, he was rude and kept saying that there was no space. He was rude and impatient. About the suite: the Wi-Fi did not work in the room, nor did the sockets at the head of the bed. I thought I was charging my cell phone, but in the morning I saw that it simply did not charge because the two sockets were faulty. The air conditioning also did not work. The only advantage of this place is the location, which is really close to the main square, but otherwise it was not as expected.

Only downside, early morning moving noises in the room above (we occupied room 205)

Wisselkantoor zonder commissiekosten. Iets hogere koers dan de pinautomaat (via Abnamro). Scheelt niet veel uiteindelijk 50 Dirham op 100 euro. Sommige pinautomaten werken niet soepel (of helemaal niet). Beter euro's meenemen, hier wisselen.

Netter freundlischer Empfang, sauberes Zimmer und unmittelbar am pulsierenden Zentrum und Jamaa Lefna. Klimatisierte Räume mit marokkanischem Flair. Ich habe es genossen kurze Spaziergänge zu machen mitten im Rummel um dann von der Balkon den Platz von der Ferne zu auf mich wirken zu lassen. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, der sowohl die Altstadt erleben möchte und dabei nicht auf die sicheren vier Wände zum schnellen Rückzug haben möchte. Was mir nicht so sehr gefallen hat ist das Restaurant. Es hat improvisiert gewirkt. Es braucht nicht viel um ein besseres Eindruck zu machen. Ich hoffe, dass da was gemacht wird.

Quando vado a Marrakech, almeno una volta l'anno, soggiorno sempre in questo hotel, alla reception Hind è gentilissima, ormai un'amica, l'hotel è vicinissimo alla famosa piazza, è dotato di aria condizionata, TV, wifi, la colazione è ricca e varia, ci sono camere con terrazzo esterno magnifico! Possono offrire anche escursioni. Consigliato a tutti!!!

Didn’t stay here, we used the Hotel Ali 5 days out of 6 for breakfast whilst we were in town. Unlimited food for 49MAD, can’t complain too much. Didn’t have eggs on one of the days for some unknown reason, apart from that, this place always set us up for the day - we weren’t usually hungry again until 5/6pm!

Perfect for changing money. Not far from Jemaa el Fna square you will find this small and eye-catching hotel that on the ground floor has a very convenient and famous currency exchange service, in fact there are always queues that however are cleared quite quickly. Recommended for changing money!
