L’hôtel était plutôt sympa pour le prix, j’ai eu un p’tit soucis avec la chambre mais j’ai pu en avoir une autre avec une meilleur vu en prime, les commodités et les installations étaient un peu vieillot comparé aux hôtels moderne mais ça allait avec le décor du vieux chic

I stayed in a hotel, it was not the worst of the 5 star hotels. 5 stars, believe me, it deserves even 2 stars. Nothing works properly, you have to struggle to open the room entrance door, wardrobe door, even the balcony door. The shower head washes everywhere except the person who was washing. When I told them that the balcony was dirty when they came, they cleaned it the next day. It doesn't deserve even 2 stars,

The hotel was massive and it was really lovely. I love how nice the staff are. The only problem we got was the AC was leaking for at least 2 days. Otherwise, it would have been perfect. ☺️

Hotel that has seen better days… furniture deteriorating, good buffet breakfast and very friendly staff, spacious and bright rooms, TV channels… somewhat limited, large outdoor pool, curiosity about the restrictive rules on being able to bring in drinks or food (… the food thing is understandable because not everyone takes care of their room… but being reprimanded for bringing in two bottles of water… and 20 probiotic drinkable yogurts…)… I have never encountered such prohibitions anywhere in the world, when they don’t even bother to put a bottle of water in the room… nor a water heater for coffee or tea… very friendly and pleasant staff that the management’s rules make… change hotels for another occasion of my trip to Marrakech.
