The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy.
The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either.
Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings and artwork, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.The hotel's location is also great located in the medina, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions.The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city and the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

An amazing historical and authentic Ryad, where you can appreciate the local arts and crafts, like tadelakt. The concierge helped me to organize some activities like a tourist guid for the first day in order to visit and we have enjoyed the desserts course where we have learned how to make mint tea ritual. The kindness of all the people that work in La Sultana added with a great competence made our journey a dream became true!

From check-in to check-out everything was perfect. Staff are so lovely and made our stay even more special. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, absolutely stunning. It’s extremely private and quiet and very luxurious. By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, will definitely be booking a trip back soon.

We came as a group of 12, 6 family 6 friends. We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The staff are extremely efficient, kind and thoughtful. We had a 7 month old granddaughter with us who was catered for fabulously. All the food and dining was perfect. Thank you for making the most memorable birthday for my wife.

From the moment you arrive at the entrance to walk up to reception your journey begins in this beautiful traditional hotel. If your a romantic, La Sultana captures your heart and mind, lots of small spaces that open out to beautiful traditionally decorated captivating bright spaces. Each of the five Riad's has a different appearance due to there being five original families, all leading to the main pool area or up top to the extensive garden terrace. As the brochures say, it truly is an oasis in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. We only stayed for a few days but could have stayed for a week. A huge thank you to all of the staff who made our stay even more comfortable. If you stay be sure to take the tour that explains the history, heritage and skills that went into and makes its authenticity. Some time in the spa is also recommended. ENJOY!
