The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy.
The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either.
Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with traditional Moroccan furnishings and artwork, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.The hotel's location is also great located in the medina, as it is within walking distance of many of the city's main attractions.The rooftop terrace offers a stunning view of the city and the pool is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

As part of my mother’s birthday trip, I surprised her with a cooking class at La Sultana. Although we arrived late, the staff was very accommodating. The chef and her sous chef/translator were very kind, helpful, and a joy to be around. During booking we were provided the option to select the menu items. The chicken tagine was delicious. I will definitely continue to prepare this dish when I return home. Hopefully, next time we can stay at the property.

Staying at La Sultana was magical. I loved waking up every morning and exploring the different areas of the hotel. I loved drinks and dinner on the beautiful rooftop. I loved breakfast by the pool. Exploring the incredible brick work along the hallways was fascinating. Being greeted by the charming staff was always a pleasure.

Staying in a hotel that is a riad is a must when visiting Marrakech. This was a beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional service and attention to details. Our room was wonderful with a tiny balcony overlooking the pool. I love the attention to detail throughout the room including our welcome gifts of fresh fruit and sweet & savory treats. The Dyson hair straightener and blow dryers, the fresh rose petals were just a few of the many wonderful things about our room. The rooftop was a favorite for cocktails at sunset as well as dinner. The Junior Suites are incredible - I could not fault anything. All staff bent over backwards to be helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The food at breakfast was delicious and the roof bar staff should be particularly singled out for being lovely.
