Nous avons choisi cet hôtel en raison de son emplacement central. Environ 15min a pieds de Jema el fnaa, proche de gueliz… Nous avons préféré cet hôtel à l’option Riad car il propose un jardin et une piscine agréable et nous voulions profiter des extérieurs pour chiller. Peu de chambres. Chambres assez spacieuses avec usure relative mais l’ensemble reste assez charmant. Petit déjeuner généreux dans une salle agréable.

Beautiful building. Location is good but: - road in front is quite noisy. Must have a room in the back (not front or side) if you are sensitive - service is not great. Friendly but in effective. Two examples: - asked for non-cow milk at breakfast. Was told tomorrow. Next day, told tomorrow again. Never happened - dropped laundry at desk start of day. Nothing said, no call but laundry not done as paper was not filled out. But they never told us or asked or tried to communicate (had to walk to laundromat in evening and do it ourselves)

Restauration de grande qualité, service "palace", cadre typique et digne d'un palais des 1001 nuits. A tester pour l'adopter. Seul regret d'avoir decouvert cette pépite notre dernier soir à Marakech. Toute la famille, petits et grand, cuisine marocaine ou occidentale, a été conquise.

J'était la semaine dernière avec ma famille au red house Marrakech,j,ai pris la chambre royale pendant 3 jpurs , le petite dej rien avoir , pas d'hydrogène ,même si vous penser a dinner au restaurant en bas je vous conseillé pas ,,, les personnels aussi pas professionnel, parle trop fort service nul , j'ai passée mauvaises expériences avec ma famille au red house Marrakech , 👎

Bonjour à tous, j'habite en France, c'est la première et dernière fois que je reviens à la Maison Rouge, mauvais accueil, il n'y a pas de langues, ni français ni anglais, tout le monde parle plus fort comme s'il était dans la rue avec les gros mos ...je tiens à dire à tout le monde A tous les clients étrangers qu'il existe de nombreux restaurants à Marrakech avec un bon service et un bon accueil merci beaucoup Maison Rouge avec un mauvais accueil et un mauvais service
