My experience at the hotel was disappointing. I was scammed by the receptionist with an excursion that made me pay 80 euros per person when it costs 20 euros per person online, so be very careful with that because the trip was really good, but very disappointed by this scam at the hotel.

Sada Very bad experience - reservation not respected We had reserved and paid for two rooms at the Les Trois Palmiers hotel (one for us, one for our daughter and her 5-year-old daughter), arriving on April 23, 2024 at 12 p.m. To our great surprise, the hotel informed us that a room had been canceled, without explanation. However, we had all the supporting documents. We waited more than 6 hours (until 6:30 p.m.) without a solution. Finally, we were told that only our daughter could have a room, and that we had to contact the site for another reservation. This is unacceptable after a trip and with proof of payment. Luckily, a room appeared "as if by magic" after hours of waiting. Poor management, lack of seriousness and disappointing customer service. We do not recommend.

To be avoided....we booked and paid for a stay...flight + hotel + breakfast..... We only got the plane flight... The hotel did not welcome us, worse still they did not even help us to relocate....and we were not reimbursed anything.... The pseudo reception manager is useless....just to call security....what a welcome.... The hotel manager Mr Adam is absent and only communicates by WhatsApp message....and does not deign to call his customers who he does not care about.... and does not offer any alternative accommodation....even though we paid...2 rooms and breakfast for 5 days.... In short, to be avoided they are thieves..... We paid and we received nothing....

The worst experience i ever have had with any hotels. We arrived a day late because of the delayed flight. We tried to contact the hotel, nobody answered. Next day we arrived and first they said we don't have a room anymore. When we finally got the room, there was no toilet paper, no soap, the toilet was not flushing, the safebox was broken. The "all inclusive" is a joke. One night we didn't get any food, because the cook was "missing" as they said. Breakfast is really poor, lunch and dinner also. Lunch and dinner is not from the buffet, instead you sit down to the restaurant and wait and they will bring you whatever the cook makes that time. The pool is smal, and looked really filthy. You don't want to swin in there. They also smoke inside in the personnel rooms and the smell is everywhere. Overall I don't recommend this hotel, maybe only for an really quick stayover only. The pictures look nice, but don't believe in them. The location in perfect though, it was easy to access everywhere!

My stay at this hotel in Marrakech was simply fantastic. The location is ideal, a real asset for exploring the city on foot without constraints. I was particularly touched by the kindness of the staff, truly adorable and always ready to help. Their smiles and their availability made my stay even more enjoyable. The comfort of the bedding was exceptional; I slept like a baby after my long days of discovery. And I must emphasize the impeccable cleanliness of the entire establishment; it's a real plus! To top it all off, I found the value for money absolutely unbeatable. The quality of the services and amenities offered for the price is truly impressive. In conclusion, I had a very good experience at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Marrakech. For my part, I will return there with my eyes closed on my next trip!
