Broken hotel no towel no basic items unless you asked

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Highly deceptive from the get go pictures before booking and making the trip. Touch down the hotel, smells very old, dirty floor, room, bathroom. Not sophisticated as they described. Staff gets angry easily. I only enjoyed my booked tour/activities. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody. It’s a definition of “what I ordered vs what I got”.

This place is not fit to be called a hotel. When we arrived the first 3 floors were closed. It was a complete building site, none of the rooms look like their photos. The Brasserie at the front of the building was a storage room for about 15 motorbikes. The smell of place was awful. The room was disgusting, doors hanging off hinges and dirty. The bathroom has 1 bulb and 4 other lights not working. No shower door or attachment for an overhead shower. The swimming pool was covered in bird poo and it's tiny, more like a birdbath. This is where you were supposed to eat your breakfast. We walked the floors and didn't see 1 other guest only rooms with no doors and no furniture. Back in our room now and pulled back the covers only to find ants everywhere. Needless to say we left. They should not be allowed take people's money, it's a scam Hotel.
