Nice hotel, not too extravagant and not the top of the 5* selection available in Marrakesh.
Staff are friendly and professional but not the most helpful.
Good value for money.
Taxis needed 24/7 as the hotel is located 20 mins drive from the city centre.

We have returned often to this magical hotel. It is truly amazing. Pool area, gym and spa are all excellent. Cuisine ( soon to be upgraded w a master Japanese exec chef) is first class.Rooms, bathrooms and bedding excellent. Eros and his team are all world class.

I adore this place and come every year. Friendly welcoming staff, gorgeous property, great food and entertainment options. Won’t stay anywhere else in Marrakech!

Dans la palmeraie, à 10 minutes du centre, un cadre de verdure exceptionnel pour cet hôtel de charme où tout est parfait. Dans un très grand parc aux essences variées, une très belle architecture qui évoque les Ksars, la deco est soignée sans ostentation, la piscine chauffée est superbe, le petit déjeuner excellent ainsi que la cuisine servie le soir dans une très belle salle à manger ou sur la terrasse attenante au jardin…Le personnel est attentif et d’une gentillesse non affectée. Une très belle adresse !

A charming hotel, set in beautiful grounds, perfect for a relaxing, luxurious stay with friends. Amazing food and chef always happy to offer a selection of gluten free options for one of our group which was very much appreciated. Staff attentive and very friendly. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property. I’ve stayed here many times. This time I stayed in a single room as opposed to in a junior suite which, as you would expect, was not quite as good. The floor was super cold and the room was small. But still, I love this place. But it didn’t blow me away as much as it has before. The food and service is still amazing though

A most beautiful property with unique ideas all around the grounds. The gardens were so well kept and the gardener explained what they were doing with their plants and trees.
Totally relaxing and the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
The only point to note is that you have to take a 20mintaxi/Shuttle to get into the Medina or Guilez if you wish to go our of the hotel grounds. Easily arranged for about eur12 each way.
