Avevamo prenotato questo Riad per una notte , ma abbiamo deciso di fermarci per 2 notti perché ci e’ sembrata subito un’oasi di pace nella chiassosa MARRAKESH . Riad molto accogliente , Bello e raffinato , molto curato nei dettagli, camere belle e letto super comodo , ottima colazione e che dire di più … anche il personale molto preparato, gentile e disponibile a dare consigli su come muoversi in città . Dire che è un’esperienza da rifare . 🔝

Не рекомендую для бронирования!!! В номере нет ни холодильника, ни тв. Район опасный для пеших прогулок. Бассейн , это большая ванна. Завтрак без фруктов и овощей. На вопрос, где фрукты, нам сказали, что сок, это и есть фрукты. Принесли три вида хлеба и джема. Кофе невкусный, чая нет. После нашей просьбы принесли омлет, не попросили бы, никто и не собирался приносить. Разочарование максимальное.

Beau riad, personnel très gentil et attentif. La cuisine est copieuse et tres bonne. Par contre mauvais entretien des canalisations, difficile pour trouver la bonne température de l'eau sous la douche. Et nous n'étions pas informées sur la majoration du prix en payant par carte. D'autant que le petit déjeuner était compris. Mais nous n'avons pas pu déjeuner car notre vol de retour était très tôt. Une réduction aurait été appréciée.

Riad carino , un po’ scomodo per la piazza . Camere arredate con stile ma con un po’ di manutenzione da fare,tipo anti calcare ai rubinetti della doccia e lavandino. Cassaforte all’interno dell’armadio chiusa e nonostante avessimo chiesto di poterla aprire non è stato fatto. Colazione normale : succo arancia fresco, pancake, marmellata e pane .Reception 24h.

Très mauvaise expérience! A banir!!! Les chambres ne correspondent pas à la description sur booking. Elle n'offrent aucune intimité ni confort. Cela s'approche plus d'auberge de jeunesse que d'un hôtel. Complètement inappropriée pour une famille! Les hôtes ne sont pas concernés ni arrangeants. Aucun sens du client La pire expérience de voyage, faisant tort à cette si belle ville et à l'hospitalité pourtant si présente au Maroc. Quel dommage!

Great accommodation and experience.
Just got back from my holiday, me and my two friends had a great experience the accommodation is very clean in a very beautiful traditional Moroccan style building with a small pool in the middle so quite/ tranquil. The staff were very ++++friendly happy to help and very happy which made our stay even more enjoyable. They have Moroccan breakfast however if you want for example eggs in the morning you should ask they will prepare them for you. They have a very nice roof top garden/ sun bathing beds. Nice to chill up there after long day. I could not flute the accommodation only just a few things I should mention which wasn't a problem for us but they maybe a problem to other people. No TVs in the rooms, No kettle/teas in the rooms and also they don't provide ironing board or iron in the rooms. The rooms are massive and the beds are ginormous bigger than the king and the queen beds very comfortable. The rooms are clean every day. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.
