Pool just for decoration, nice hotel structure, bathroom smells musty and is unpleasant, the price is quite high for what is offered, we were fortunate enough to stay in 4 hotels and this was the most expensive and the one we honestly liked the least The breakfast was good, and the receptionists were friendly, but I wouldn't book it again. For service price

The environment here is so dirty and unacceptable. There is cockroach in the room and the washroom is so poor. Also, there are filth on the bed sheet. Not recommend all of you to live here.The photo provided on the website is different from the reality. Very poor experience and angry.

The hotel location was just perfect! 2 minutes away from the central of Medina and 15 minutes away from the train station. Very happening and vibrant hotel. So unique design and Surrounded by beautiful peoples. The pillow and bed were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed my stay! Wifi connection was good too. Overall I’m fully satisfied and definitely come back for more.

A FUIR. Les photos sont mensongères au plus haut point. La suite présidentielle ne ressemble en rien au palais des milles et une nuit comme sur les photos !!! Regardez plutôt les photos de la réalité et vous tombez de 10 étages. La suite est tellement sombre qu'on frôle la dépression. En ce qui concerne le nécessaire : il n'y a ni sèche cheveux, ni sèche linge, ni ventilateur, sur la télévision il n'y a que les chaînes locales (ni you tube, ni prime vidéo, ni netflix), oubliez la corbeille de fruit, les fleurs... de la photo, seul 2 petites bouteilles d'eau vous attendent ! En ce qui concerne la douche, elle est plus que vétuste et la climatisation sort de l'air qui sent les frites... Suite excessivement chère à la vue de tous ces éléments. En plus de cela, l'hôtel facture 20 euros de plus par nuit pour les enfants supplémentaires même en dessous de 3 ans alors qu'il est noté lit bébé gratuit. La seule chose que vous payez est la localisation à 2 pas de la place jemaa El fna.

This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed. Its hallways and rooms are very very dark. The room was not very clean and complimentary breakfast minimal. We awoke to cockroaches in the morning. Front desk staff were helpful with boarding pass assistance but could not have cared less about the room concerns. Roof top restaurant was good.
