The resort itself was beautiful and the people were all lovely and so kind. Couldn’t fault a single member of staff. Only thing that’s slightly an inconvenience is the location but they make up for that by providing a free shuttle bus service so it’s still good nonetheless. Food was amazing and has an excellent variety.

All is good but make sure to have your own sim and internet. The WIFI is bad and they aren’t doing anything to fix it. They’d probably tell you it your phone like the did me. So just buy a SIM card and have data. A SIM card is just 3 euro and you can get about 4gb for 2 euro.

Stayed at the same hotel same time last year. Was impressed so thought I’d give it a go second time. Once again it doesn’t disappoint. The flight out was delayed but that’s down to the tour operators it hotel. We had a ground floor room as requested next to the mother in law because of walking issues. Rooms were serviced daily and b clean. The gardens in the complex are very beautiful of your into that and there is a path all the way round the wall of the complex if you fancy a jog or walk and it’s about 1.5 K. Food is ok, depends when you go as to availability. Not a variety of fish at all unfortunately so it’s either vegetarian, salad or pasta. There are meats however and cold meats and cheeses. The Moroccan restaurant was good and had a nice meal on there. The alcoholic drinks are basic and measures depends on the individual bar staff. The unsung heroes are the pool attendants and glass collectors. Always have a smile regardless of whether you’re going home the next day or not and always happy to help. Overall good and I will be going back next year all being well.

I liked the resort had security and my private guides and taxis had to go through security.
My hotel room was fine. I had a clogged up bathroom sink. I had to go to the desk to get it resolved because my calls weren’t answered.
The food wasn’t that great and I ended up not feeling good. The hot foods weren’t that hot and the seasoning was off. I couldn’t even get a pot of good coffee. It was a Nescafé dehydrated coffee. I realized on my last day at the resort, there was an espresso machine at the bar. However, the food and drinks outside the resort was great.
I was not impressed with the lack of details the front desk had regarding taxis and resorts. There was no consistency with taxi and booking details such as pricing.
Prior to leaving the last day, I informed the front desk that I would need a taxi at 4:00 AM. When I reconfirmed this taxi on Saturday evening, I was told don’t worry and I confirmed that price is usually $200 to $250 Moroccan dirham. If the hotel has taxis on standby for destination, should the fare be determined before hand. I was should that my fare when I arrived to the airport to the resort was $130 Moroccan dirham and leaning the resort at 4:30 AM was $250 Moroccan dirham. But what upset me was the fact, the taxi driver then said $300 Moroccan dirham at the airport. It definitely left a sour taste in my mouth leaving the resort.
But I did enjoy relaxing at the pool and spa. I just wished our rooms had better tv channels and toiletries.

Un séjour de grande qualité tant au niveau du service, que de la restauration, que de la propreté des lieux que des activités proposées et que dire de Marrakech ... privilégier pour la première fois une visite guidée ... ne pas oublier le jardin Majorelle

Das Hotel liegt abseits der Stadt und dem Trubel. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle Bus in die Altstadt.
Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet und das Essen war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Ein Hotel zum weiterempfehlen

Hotel riu reste le meilleurs hotel pour moi pour son service , sauf que des petits remarques a développer comme le déjeuner et le petit déjeuner trop limité.... et veuillez présenter des boissons à la chambre c rien paraport au prix de réservation c même pas 30dh de boissons par jour.... et veuillez renouveler les relax et les parasols

C'est beau, ça c'est certain... mais c'est tout. La nourriture : la même tambouille tous les jours, paninis, pizzas, semoule, pâtes... desserts industriels méga sucrés... aucune recherche, aucune originalité... bref, une cantine de lycée. La piscine : froide (18°C)... alors, il y en a une qui est chauffée sous abri... mais ils ont dû considérer qu'il faisait assez chaud car ils ont arrêté de la chauffer. Animation : ridicule. Concours de flechettes (une seule cible...), tournoi de ping-pong (une seule table... et je vous dis pas les raquettes). Les courts de tennis ne sont pas pas entretenus, c'est un champs de patates (et là pareil, les raquettes et les balles : ouille... on nous en a prêté gentiment 3 balles, dont une crevée !). Les chambres : grandes, certes, mais bataille avec un cafard dans la salle de bain. Le 1er soir, 2 lattes sont tombées du sommier ! Les chaines de télé : bon bah y en a 3, quoi. (vous me direz, on n'est pas là pour regarder la télé). Cerise sur la gâteau : pas de wi-fi dans la chambre !! (ou si lent, qu'il n'est pas question de surfer tranquille sur sa tablette). Bref... il faut juste y dormir, quoi. C'est beau, c'est grand, ça peut faire illusion... mais une matinée seulement. A éviter, selon moi.
