It's not a 5-star hotel at all. The room service is very slow, the food is expensive and tastes bad, there were cockroaches in the toilet for two days, and I was bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night. At the beginning, there was no shower gel, shampoo, or slippers. The breakfast was also average.

Ruined family trip on last day as 2 towels were apparently missing reception forced my teenage children to open luggage for 2 towels that they were accused of stealing . They were obviously not in out luggage there was no apology . I had left a day earlier due to work schedule my children and husband stayed on. As a uk based doctor I have no need for towels from Al Maaden they are not exactly the White Co quality .
This was our third visit to Al Maaden ( 2014 & 2018 ) everything has deteriorated. Villa dirty , tired furniture , battered TVs /Wi-Fi fridges don’t work . Overall a big NO from us 5 adverts 2star standards will never return plz if from UK don’t book it’s not worth it

BENNANI guest relation and Hajar were amazing and helpful along with the other staff. beautiful spacious villas with amazing private pools. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Marrakesh. Very close to centre with easy access to taxi.

Très bel accueil de la part du personnel qui est au petit soin. Séjour très agréable. Villa en excellent état de propreté. Un spécial merci à Mehdi qui a toujours été présent même pour une simple question vous pouvez compter sur lui. Je recommande fortement 👌🏼❤️

Je recommande forcément cette hôtel équipe compétente ,accueil courtois pleins de bienveillance ,toujours disponible et d ‘une gentillesse sans conteste je pourrai nommer hadjar,nourdinne,Tarik,heyfa,et le responsable MR Hicham. Bref toutes les équipes . Je suis nostalgique de les quitter tellement l ambiance et le cadre a été pour moi comme familiale.
