It's not a 5-star hotel at all. The room service is very slow, the food is expensive and tastes bad, there were cockroaches in the toilet for two days, and I was bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night. At the beginning, there was no shower gel, shampoo, or slippers. The breakfast was also average.

Ruined family trip on last day as 2 towels were apparently missing reception forced my teenage children to open luggage for 2 towels that they were accused of stealing . They were obviously not in out luggage there was no apology . I had left a day earlier due to work schedule my children and husband stayed on. As a uk based doctor I have no need for towels from Al Maaden they are not exactly the White Co quality .
This was our third visit to Al Maaden ( 2014 & 2018 ) everything has deteriorated. Villa dirty , tired furniture , battered TVs /Wi-Fi fridges don’t work . Overall a big NO from us 5 adverts 2star standards will never return plz if from UK don’t book it’s not worth it

Je recommande vivement, le riad est spacieux est très clean avec un très beau jardin. Le personnel était très accueillant notamment le voiturier Youssef. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux.

nassir eddinne..magnifique villa la 85 spacieuse et calme....la piscine était géniale entretenu et nettoyer chaque jour.le jardin était charmant..la villa était sublime.la cuisine toute équipée. personnel était vraiment gentil et accueillant...le petit déjeuner était correct...vacances parfaites pour 10 jours .. je vais réserver une semaine en octobre 2025 inchallah...merci beaucoup mr bennani pour votre assistance et conseil .je conseil vraiment pour les familles
