A more than perfect stay with a rating of 20/20! The palace is magnificent, the rooms are huge and splendid. Bedding +++, Bathroom +++, Cleanliness +++, Beauty of the place +++, Staff ++++++++ A small bottle of local white wine with a few nuts, almonds and dates awaited us. The breakfast and dinner are excellent, prepared only with fresh, homemade products, well done to the cook. An unforgettable birthday evening with a surprise chocolate cake, a bottle of wine, music and all the rarely seen staff present. The different terraces of different heights with views of the Koutoubia Mosque, the Grand Atlas, the Petit Atlas but also the secret garden. A sunset, the swimming lane which allows you to cool off, the BEST! A big thank you to all the staff. A special dedication for Aurélien, Mohamed, Franck, the ladies of the house, the cook....

We came here to spend the day at the pool - very good value for money, peaceful and colourful surroundings. Staff very friendly and attentive - restaurant was also very good. Nic views over Marrakech, and the interiors were very ornate. Would recommend.

We went to their restaurant, it was way TOO EXPENSIVE for very little food, which was clearly NOT WORTH the price. One of the waiter, which was not even ours, asked for a tip even though the service was not it. I would recommend look for another restaurant with the menu in front, the price could be 2 or 3 time less the price. The view was great but not enough for the price to be this expensive.

Excellent food, delighted to have been able to taste a bit of Moroccan cuisine with one of the best woks I have eaten in my life! The view from the rooftop is incredible (thanks for the blankets). Special thanks to Mohamed for the high quality service. We will come back for sure!

The room is spacious and clean. Good location in the medina/the swimming pool is not heated and the hotel was under construction during our stay. Arrangement and painting of outdoor spaces, we had dinner with the smell of paint and tools on the ground. The breakfast and service are terrible. The servers do not speak English or French so it is difficult to communicate to get hot coffee or tea. Transportation is included in the room rate. On the way out, no worries, a driver was waiting at the airport. However, on the way back we booked the taxi with Franck and in the morning he told us that he did not have a driver and that we had to pay 150 dirhams and book a taxi on our own! Terrible service after insisting with management he paid for a taxi to the medina.

Very disappointing hotel. Disastrous restaurant. Arrival at 8 p.m., first course served at 10:30 p.m. and nothing was good. Industrial breakfast, nothing is fresh. Don't expect hot chocolate and Nespresso pays off! The wifi is not stable and the TV is very old. No slippers or bathrobe, very dark room and not soundproof. The cleanliness is not great either, dusty room, stained breakfast tablecloth, broken toilet seat. Only the location is good. The manager avoids unhappy customers. Even the bottle of water in the room is charged. A shame!

We stayed 4 days with friends in this beautiful and large Riad very well located in the Medina. On the other hand, the restaurant is absolutely to be avoided. We waited 2 hours before being served (even though we were the only customers!!) the dishes were a once arrived were inedible! Also very disappointed with the breakfast (no fresh fruit juice, pancakes served cold, no hot chocolate, espresso coffee for a fee, etc.) No good for a 5 star (supposedly) the service is not good at all, espresso machine in the room and no coffee capsules!, no hot water, no air conditioning, no bathrobe or slippers, bad smells in the rooms even though we paid €500 per night for Marrakech, it's very expensive!!! Fortunately there was Franck the manager who did everything to make our stay go as smoothly as possible and who listened to our complaints unlike his manager, who was unpleasant, nor smiling who asked us to settle all the nights on our arrival (if we had known…!) Too bad… beautiful place
