We made our reservation through Booking, about 20 days prior to our arrival at the accommodation. In this portal, the entire amount was paid for our 4-night stay. Upon arrival, they told us the room was not ready yet, that it would take 20 minutes to finish it. After 40 minutes, the manager, who had received us, takes us to another establishment. When he showed us the room he tried to give us several explanations, ending by informing us that they had been overbooked and to stay in that place we had to cancel our Booking stay and pay in cash, otherwise we would not be able to stay there. He gave us excuses that it should be paid in cash since he had to pay the new establishment and the different administrations and blah blah blah, when it is their responsibility to relocate the guests, in these cases. It was late and we were in no mood to look for other accommodation. We agreed to cancel without charge, to receive a refund from Booking and pay again directly with TC to the accommodation. When we wanted to pay with TC, they wanted to charge us an amount that was not the one paid to Booking. They ask to cancel and pay in this way so that Booking does not charge them a commission. All a scam. When they returned to Bed Square to make arrangements, talking to other guests, the same thing had happened to them regarding payment. I don't recommend it in any way. Furthermore, when canceling the reservation in Booking, it does not allow you to leave comments on said portal, for this reason I do it through this means.
