Honestly a very bad experience, unsanitary hotel I couldn't even go to the toilet or the shower it was so dirty shower blocked cold water mattress and box spring very dirty for three days they didn't even clean the room, the staff they speak badly they look at you badly, the night security guard blocked the elevator with his feet they stayed in the dark to watch us, 2 knives next to our room frankly we couldn't even sleep to run away it's a horror

If your looking for an authentic Moroccan experience you can’t go past this timeless beauty it’s not a western hotel but it has all the amenities and charm you could ask for a colourful delight an oasis in Marrakech

This was my 2nd stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, during this time, there were some renovation works being done in the hotel during the day. And I was not able to take a rest peacefully. The hotel should have informed potential guests during booking of such an inconvenience that might occur to the guests during this time. However, nothing of such information was shared.

I don't think it's bad for the price... I think it's exactly what I expected.
