It was a rocky start with the fast track entry at the airport getting messed up. They didn’t have our names at the fast track desk and were really rude to us about it despite us explaining our situation to them. It really left a bad first impression since we were hoping to have a smooth and comfortable entry into the country. It’s what you expect booking “the best hotel in Marrakech” after all. At this point I was regretting not going with Amanjena. However, as we got to the hotel, the beautiful interior and attentive staff did melt our hearts a little. The staff members at breakfast were particularly pleasant. The Italian restaurant and its tasting menu was quite delightful too. But the afternoon tea left a lot to be desired. Unprofessional staff (the birds got to the cakes multiple times before they got served, they brought out the wrong tea for me, etc) made me wonder how they could be so different from the breakfast team. Regardless the hotel was undoubtedly very beautiful and we did have a wonderful time overall.

I have always heard about the Royal Mansour since its opening. I finally was lucky enough to experience this unique place in the world. Every detail of our stay exceeded any expectations: The kindness of the staff, the level of personalisation in the service and the outstanding design of the rooms and the entire hotel. Also, the gardens and the pool are incredible, specially when you know you are in a very dry part of the world. The Japanese / Mediterranean restaurant by the pool, serves some dishes that can be compared to any upscale restaurant in London. The harira soup is the best I have ever had, and the arrival and departure experience in a Bentley SUV was out of this world! You really feel treated like the best guest ever! For those who hesitate about visiting Marrakesh for any reason, this hotel is totally worth the trip! I don't think I have seen something similar, not even in Monaco!

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of basic customer service from a hotel that positions itself as a premium, high-end establishment. I have attempted to contact the hotel multiple times via email and through its official website, yet received no response. I also called directly, only to be given different email addresses by different staff members — none of which were correct. For a hotel of this caliber and price point, such disorganization and lack of accountability are simply unacceptable.

The facility, the staff, the spa were one of the most amazing luxury hotel experiences I have ever had. Specifically, the pool and spa staff were over-the-top accommodating, truly a six star experience. The personal Butler to our Riyadh made certain that every aspect of the room was perfect. The concierge flawlessly found us dinner. Reservations are hard to get places and made arrangements for pick up and drop off simple and efficiently.

The service was exceptional, and I enjoyed a refreshing Moroccan Mint tea in the lobby before returning to the Riad. The experience was truly memorable. In comparison, I must say that Royal Mansour has surpassed Manchester AC Hotels Marriott as my preferred hotel. The luxurious amenities and exceptional service have made it my go-to destination for memorable stays.
