Hello
The Hotel itself is satisfactory apart from the water that stagnates in the bathtub, the TV is placed in the bathroom, I do not see why the room was not made, not cleaned (sheets, towels, etc.) during the 3 nights
Toilet brush HS and no trash cans in the room
Too bad that breakfast is not served in the sun on the terrace because in February it is very cool in the patio by the pool.
The caretaker is not efficient at all, he does not offer anything and is not always there when you ring (I think there is also a problem with the doorbell on the outside door)
I do not think that this Riad is worth 4 stars especially because of this lack of organization of the caretaker.
But I would come back to Marrakech

État de ce Riad déplorable… mal entretenu et avec un personnel certes plutôt gentil mais pas très compétent. L’état général du Riad est déplorable: salle de bain pour le moins vétuste et pas très propre ( tadelakt moisi, robinetterie HS…), lit deux places fait avec un drap d’une personne, du linge de bain avec des taches, tapis pas propre… le petit déjeuner n’était pas diversifié ( un jour un beurre rance nous a été servi!). Les extérieurs sont à l’abandon ( terrasse atroce!!!) On peut noter que le lit a été refait chaque jour mais pas le ménage… les linges de bain étaient également changés ( sauf une fois où il nous a fallu réclamer du linge car on nous l’avait enlevé sans le remplacer). On nous a demandé une taxe de séjour à payer en liquide et pas de facture en retour… Il faudrait impérativement rénover cet endroit qui a du être beau en une autre époque! Nous déconseillons donc vivement… Les loueurs professionnels qui vendent cet hébergement feraient bien d’aller le visiter! ( pour nous ce fut un mauvais achat sur Veepee).

Les 4 étoiles ne sont pas avérées.Le gardien est très gentil et le Riad est situé à 300 mètres de la place ,mais ce sont les seuls points positifs.Le petit dej n’a rien d extraordinaire,pas de bouteille d eau dans les chambre,les prises ne sont pas fixées au mur,pas de thé de bienvenue,bref il y a sûrement beaucoup mieux.

Location was excellent and the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing and we loved the breakfasts. The area felt very safe and there were plenty of small local shops to pick up water and snacks. A few minutes walk to the main square, the souks and lots of great restaurants.

Firstly I thought it was charming, finding it was a challenge, because it difficult to know who you can trust when asking directions. As it takes a while to settle into a very different culture. The room a standard was adequate, the presentation was very good however the plumbing was poor the fittings all wobbly the sink tap leaked and the shower showed signs of mould. The absence of hot beverage facilities was missed. The staff were delightful and very helpful

Nous nous sommes rendus pour le dîner dans ce riad. C'était censé être notre dîner d'adieu suite à notre road trip avec Voyage Privé. Tout le séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé à part ce dîner. Le serveur s'est trompé sur toute notre commande et nous n'avons reçu qu'une entrée sur deux et en plus elle était froide. Malgré plusieurs relances nous ne recevrons jamais la deuxième. Une bouteille d'eau est posée sur la table et on ne nous donne pas de carte des boissons. On commande 2 cocas et j'ouvre la bouteille d'eau pensant qu'elle est offerte vu qu'elle est sur la table à notre arrivée. Nous recevons à nouveau 1 plat sur 2. A force de rouspéter, mon tajine arrivera plus de 30 minutes après que mon mari ait reçu son plat. Pour le dessert, j'ai commandé une assiette de pâtisserie orientale et j'ai eu 2 biscuits Delacre. Heureusement que le repas était offert quand on voit le prix des boissons et la bouteille d'eau qu'on a du payer alors que je l'ai à peine bue. A marrakech, nous avons payé 1.50 le coca partout, ici, on est à 3€.

Ammetto che avevo prenotato una stanza base, ma assolutamente la stanza non era come in foto. Pulizia zero, coperte e cuscini macchiati, l’aria non funzionava e non c’era nemmeno un cestino in bagno. Il bagno era cieco e la finestra non si apriva, inoltre lo scarico del lavandino era intasato e l’acqua scendeva lentissima. Ho assolutamente dovuto richiedere un cambio camera, che mi è stato dato il giorno dopo, ovviamente tutto un altro mondo. Ringrazio e apprezzo l’host per la cordialità ma quella camera non dovrebbe essere legale ahah. La colazione top! Su quello niente da ridire
