It is equivalent to a hotel in China. The yellowed bath towels are disgusting, and the lack of a hair dryer makes people wonder if the people here have natural curls after washing their hair, so they don’t need to dry it? The room is small, the service at the front desk is warm, and there are professional luggage carriers. The front desk is fully enclosed, and then they climb the counter when they come in and out, which is a bit interesting. I laughed. I made an appointment to pick up the airport, and the pick-up driver was also very good.

Fijn verblijf
Toen wij aankwamen hebben wij een kamer gekregen en vinden wij de kamer niet zo Schoon. Gelijk heeft de medewerker ons een ander kamer beschikbaar gemaakt.
Het is voornamelijk de service en de beleefdheid van de medewerkers die ervoor hebben gezorgd dat we nog een nacht wilde. Blijven.
Je wordt op elke vlak geholpen.
De kamer zijn niet top top maar goed genoeg.
Wij hebben een suite gekregen
Jame al fna is 7 min rijden.
Ik vind douchen en een goed en schoon kamer belangrijk en dat had deze kamer.
Ik wil de medewerkers hierbij bedanken voor de gastvrijheid. Het voelde als of ik ze heel lang ken dat gevoel gaven ze ons. Dank jullie wel. Ik kom wel een keer terug.

Outdated overpriced hotel
Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend!

I would stay here again!
Pros: the hotel in general was very nice and they were friendly and helpful in the front desk. We got married and they fixed decorations for us for free with roses and rose petals on the bed and towels folded to swans.
Cons: the hotel room key kept getting demagnetized for me so when getting up to the room I had to go back down at least half of the time to fix the key.
The "guardians" on the street can be a hassle if you have your own car because they try to get as much money off you as possible, up to the point that they told the hotel that we hadn't payed them at all (which was a lie)

We stayed 6 days , The Hotel is very clean. Room is big enough as well the bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful.( big thanks to everyone especially zahra and aba baker) The location is very close to everything and you can reach downtown and train stations by walking. We strongly recommend it.
