The lady at the reception told me they were not there yet, normally they resume at 2:00 p.m. but today they had not yet come, she wrote down my phone number and of course no one called me back... So I called back at 5:30 p.m. and there a man answered the phone, I asked him for the reservations department and he told me that they had already gone out... I was frustrated, I asked him to speak to someone, he told me that he was the only one at the hotel, I asked him why no other person authorized to respond to my request was present on site, he literally replied "I don't know, I'm just a receptionist, go ask the Ministry of Tourism why..."
