Ne surtout pas reserver. Petit déjeuner très light et au compte goutte. On demande des œufs et on nous en sert un seul !!! Ils ont du mal avec les quantités, du coup il faut sans cesse réclamer. La piscine n’est pas chauffée, c’est un vrai bac à glaçons. Tous les transats sont déchirés et pas entretenus du tout. Pas de personnel à la piscine pour au moins demander à boire. Si vous n’avez pas le nécessaire avec vous , vous ne trouverez rien sur place. Il faut commander la veille si vous souhaitez un dîner. Pas de wifi dans les suites uniquement dans la salle de petit déjeuner. Dans la chambre la télévision n’a qu’une seule chaîne et la télécommande ne fonctionne pas. Pour la responsable sur place, vous ne la verrez jamais. On se demande ce que font les propriétaires du domaine !!! Dommage car ce lieu a un potentiel qui pourrait lui rapporter plus et avoir plus de clients. C’est limite un dortoir juste pour y dormir et sortit le reste de la journée. Dommage mais on ne reviendra pas

We recommended this hotel to friends and family as an extension of our wedding party at a nearby hotel. After several of our guests booked rooms, their bookings were cancelled with absolutely no explanation! I tried to contact the hotel and received no reply. Absolutely not acceptable to cancel existing bookings without a very valid reason. My friends and family will now have to travel a long distance to join the wedding celebrations.

I had planned to stay here for a wedding but the Hotel cancelled my reservation and provided no reason. Really inconvenient as we are coming here from UK. Have followed up multiple times and no response - really poor and untrustworthy. I would stay away at all costs if you want reliability.

Comme chaque année, j'ai de nouveau profité d'une semaine de vacances inoubliables. La base idéale pour combiner la ville avec la tranquillité. Les suites sont très spacieuses, le jardin et la pisine au top ! Tout est très bien entretenu. Le personnel est très sympa, rien n'est de trop. Aicha qui est presente du matin au soir, a tout sous contrōle, quellle énergie ! Bravo Aicha continue comme ça. Je reviendrai certainement!
