Apartamento situado en cerca del centro, muy limpio y ordenado, cada mañana viene una señora para encargarse de la limpieza, el trato del personal es muy cercano y siempre están dispuestos a encontrar soluciones a cualquier tipo de problema que puedas encontrar. Una de mis mejores experiencias en cuanto alojamiento en la ciudad de Marrakech. Una vez fuera del apartamento me dí cuenta que se me olvidaron algunas pertenencias y el personal se involucró desde el primer momento para enviarme todo y que llegue en perfectas condiciones

I just contacted the property to get information about their apartment before making the reservation. The person (a gentleman who is hmar) who answered me spoke badly to me and even hung up on me. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in the hospitality industry. I strongly advise against this place because of their bad customer service.

M apartment reserved via Booking is a set of several apartments (10) located in a residence in the Gueliz district. Positive side: The reception open all day The friendliness of the staff who are really very helpful. The reversible air conditioning is very good for the slightly chilly mornings of January. The included breakfast is served at the desired time (from 8 a.m.) and plentiful, but.... Our apartment on the 5th floor (number 10 ) is very bright, very little overlooked. 2 real bedrooms, each with a large double bed and its own bathroom. a small kitchenette with pod machine (provided) Bottle of water when you arrive as well as things to snack on. Perfect WiFi, Netflix TV... Tourist tax to be paid on site but we were warned Taxi reservation for return to the airport and at a good price Very good bedding Negative side: The kitchen does not have much cutlery/accessories One room is located on the street side and Marrakech is very noisy Music linked to the call to prayer comes from the street/other accommodation every morning around 6 a.m. when we were there and this for 1 hour The breakfast is repetitive in its composition. too bad not to have real orange juice or non-industrial jam. The apartment has been renovated but you shouldn't look in detail at the quality of some of the work, we're not here for that either The shower doors in the quiet bedroom are not practical, access is complicated One side of the Shower in the quiet room is actually a window blurred from the wall. So no total darkness in the room. The big negative point is undoubtedly the price per night which is very high, but very difficult to find accommodation with 2 bedrooms in Marrakech at a reasonable price. I wouldn't talk about the location which depends on everyone's desire to visit. In any case, no feeling of insecurity nearby.
