Our host Abdul was lovely and really helpful. Helped us navigate the lanes and introduced us to a nice place to eat. Our room was clean, the mattress was comfy, we had nice warm blankets which we needed at night as it was chilly. Breakfast was nice, we ate it on the rooftop which was lovely.

Un po’ difficile da raggiungere ma il gestore è venuto ad accoglierci la sera stessa dell’arrivo (a mezzanotte e mezza) nel punto dove ci avrebbe lasciato la navetta. Struttura piccola ma molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. In generale tutto bene. Grazie.

Patético. No vayáis Muy sucio, las camas incómodas y estaban apoyadas en ladrillos. CUCARACHAS POR TODOS LADOS. No me daban una solución. Olor a alcantarilla muy muy fuerte. El personal no me dio solución y tuve que irme a otro Riad. No me devolvieron el dinero y tampoco me dieron un recibo de pago. No paraban de salir cucarachas por todos sitios. Mate 15 hasta que me fui porque no paraban de salir. Hasta dentro del armario habían cucarachas. NO VAYÁIS NUNCA A ESTE SITIO. Pues si, quiero un reembolso. Tienes mi número así que me puedes hacer un bizum

Très belle expérience au coeur de la médina de Marrakech. Le gérant très agréable et Mohamed très gentil et serviable. Il m a porté ma valise jusqu au taxi. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel !! Merci au Riad Hanafi. Je le recommande vivement et y retournerai volontiers.

FREGASOLDI! Terminato il soggiorno, dopo pochi giorni mi sono arrivati due addebiti sul mio conto. Scrivo per chiedere spiegazioni al titolare del riad il quale, inizialmente, si è dimostrato super gentile e ha detto che è stato booking ad effettuare l'addebito e non lui. Mi ha detto che mi avrebbe rimborsata lui. Dopo un paio di giorni non ricevo sue notizie, quindi gli scrivo e non risponde. Scrivo allora all'assistenza clienti di booking la quale mi ha comunicato che la struttura ha effettuato i due addebiti perché abbiamo bruciato un lenzuolo fumando in camera! Cosa che non è assolutamente vera! E' solo una scusa per fregare soldi!

personale molto accogliente e gentile, colazione ottima e abbondante, stanze ottime e situato in zona medina quindi al centro di marrakech, i prezzi sono stracciati e considerando un rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo
