Riad affascinante, realizzato con stile tipico del Marocco, siamo stati accolti con tè e dolcetti, in generale il personale è accogliente e sempre pronto ad aiutarti. La posizione è ottima a soli dieci minuti a piedi da Jamaa el Fna. Consigliato

Our experience at Riad Olema was pleasant, we were greeted by Samir, who provided us with useful information for our road trip in Morocco. Riad Olema is clean and very close to the medina, there isn’t any parking available and locating Riad Olema the first time can be hard but not impossible. The breakfast was delicious and the service we received was welcoming and friendly. The Riad pool is nice to have a dip in after visiting the medina, there is also a jacuzzi on the roof terrace. The Riad car Baboush is cute but can creep into your room and refuse to leave, I didn’t mind Baboush having a snooze in our room. Overall I would certainly visit Riad Olema again

Riad Olema et Spa was amazing: it was comfortable, beautiful, in an excellent location and staffed with the mostly helpful and friendly people. We stayed in the Beldi side for 7 nights and had a great time. The room had air conditioning and was very clean and comfortable. The plunge pool was so good after a hot day out. The breakfast was very nice and they catered for my celiac travelling companion very well. The massages were great. The accompanying, food, drinks and spa treatments were all extremely good value. We also had airport transfers arranged through the Riad and it was very easy and good value.

The staff at Riad Olema were kind and attentive throughout our stay, and their day-to-day hospitality was excellent. However, we were charged for a pillow stain and almost charged for a missing shampoo bottle that was clearly in the bathroom (they removed the charge after we pointed it out). They also called us a cab but didn’t tell the driver we were headed to the train station — he was on the way to the airport until I caught it on the map. Apparently, this miscommunication has happened before. Great service overall, but some small issues to watch for during checkout.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans ce Riad situé dans la médina. Le lieu est conforme aux différentes photos du site. Quelques points d’amélioration : les patios du Riad étaient bâchés (alors qu’il ne pleuvait pas) ce qui ne permet pas la circulation normale de l’air, d’autant que les fenêtres des chambres sont aussi condamnées (pourquoi ?) ; pas de règlement possible en carte bancaire ce qui n’est pas normal pour ce niveau de standing et surtout lorsque l’on se trouve dans une grande ville ; si le personnel était sympathique, ce n’était pas le cas du gérant qui n’adressait pas la parole aux clients ; enfin, le mobilier de la terrasse était sale et en mauvais état. Bref, prestation en deçà de l’attendu. Où sont et que font les propriétaires ?
