Decent hotel. The suite is well equipped but poorly soundproofed. We were unable to sleep properly due to the noise from the neighbors until 3am.
Breakfast OK but mediocre buffet restaurant.

A room fit for a prison.
Room was looking onto a closed-roofed square surrounded by other rooms. With the covered square you don’t see any hint of sun or sky. At night, the square is used by the restuarant. Very noisy and bright lights all night. Difficult to sleep especially with a generator next to the room.
Over-priced for what you get. Definitely wont be staying there again.

The hotel is beautiful, big rooms. Great and delicious buffet breakfast. The only issue, the room was really cold even though the heater.

Good for a trip - but missing the 5 star treatment
Location was amazing and had some amazing facilities. The room was beautiful and spacious but is a bit outdated in terms of furniture and decoration so that needs updating. Additionally, the room had some issues with the shower which could not be resolved and we had to keep reminding them to clean the room.
The service staff was really good though! Super friendly and really went the extra mile to please where they could which I really liked. Also to have valet parking for 30MAD per day is a great price. I don’t recommend the breakfast and would recommend eating in the city as that was a bit of a let down in terms of quality.

L’hôtel est divisé en deux atmosphères: 1- une entrée moderne, agréable, en bon état, une belle piscine, de beaux espaces extérieurs, 2- des chambres vieillissantes, des salles de bain qui portent les traces du temps, des climatiseurs super bruyants qui se déclenchent en pleine nuit. Le petit déjeuner est varié mais tout n’est pas très bon. Mais face a cela, un personnel excellent! Agréable, souriant, serviable et super réactif. Que vous appeliez pour des serviettes ou pour un repas, c’est immédiatement et franchement on ne voit cela que rarement. J’espère que les chambres seront rénovées et ce sera parfait.
