Extremely noisy. Not very pretty. Not the serene comfortable experience I expect with a Riad. Maybe ok if you are a party animal who likes crowds. Happy to wave goodbye. There are much nicer hotels further away from the Marrakesh mayhem (which who needs anyways?).

Central location but still quiet. Very clean and tidy, compact rooms. Great rooftop breakfast area and large lounge for relaxing. Breakfast and the early morning views were a highlight. Some stairs to negotiate but the porters took care of the heavy luggage. Friendly helpful staff. Easy walk to main city sites . Would stay there again for sure.

Very nice riad with friendly and helpful staff. Small but clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Shower difficult to take due to the impossibility of mixing boiling and cold water. Non-uniform and constant wifi coverage, almost absent in the room. Restaurant on the terrace with dinner which in my opinion was expensive (€20 each) for what they offered and a wait of more than 30 minutes after ordering. Payment in cash, they do not accept credit cards.

Very good riad, from our family room, no outside noise. Every evening, we found the room clean, tidy, our beds made. We were on half board, we did not regret it, excellent and hearty breakfast and Moroccan meals cooked by Mohammed, his son and his team. Served by "zouhir" this young man is a love... Polite, kind, helpful staff... Less than 10 minutes from Jemma El Fna square, 5 minutes from the palaces....

hotel far from Djamaa el fna square, we went there twice: first room correct, second time, tiny room, rickety bedside lamp (only one for 2 bedside tables), broken bathroom light, shower including the plaster is falling: to top it off, very average breakfast: the worst experience in Marrakech where we have been several times!

Everything was perfect, the staff was at the top, I really recommend it, plus it is very well located, close to the center and the medina, you can do everything on foot. The decor is magnificent, the setting also we had breakfast there for 6 days, copious good and pleasant service!!! I will go back there. Thanks again to the team

What I didn’t like was my treatment from staff Just because u are black and American the staff would be very untrustworthy. And on top of that I left 5 post cards to be mailed to love ones and the front desk guy promised he would send them out. I called 3weeks after my stay and told front desk nobody received post cards , the guy placed me on hold came back to the phone and said oh we are sending them out now THAT WAS 3 weeks ago and still no post cards !!!!!!! This place only caters to RIAD Locals !!!!!!!!!! If you aren’t familiar with RIAD THIS IS NOT THE HOTEL AND ALSO THEY WILL ASSIST YOU WITH OUT GOING ACCOMMODATIONS BUT THEY WILL MAKE SURE THE LOCALS CHARGE YOU MORE !!!!!!!! I will never EVER live here again The love of money be so real BUT IF U ARE A BLACK AFRICAN AMERICAN STAYING HERE TRUST NO MON !!!!
